Extraordinary community cafe. People come from all over region to eat here, and I wish they wouldn't bc it's my local spot 😆 Great options to eat and takeaway. Order ahead family, holiday meals, just heat up. Great savories, sweets, and snacks.

Good food, among probably one of the best places to eat in Barrington, definitely the best sandwich in Barrington.. only complaint would be that over the years I have noticed that the portion sizes on the sandwich has gone down, the sandwich used to be pretty big now I have noticed that the meat portion has been rather skimpy, still a really good sandwich though.

My family told me to try this place when I was going to be near it today. Wow, it totally exceeded my expectations. I ordered the Waldorf salad with added grilled chicken. It was by far the best chicken Waldorf salad I have ever had. It was only $11.99, very big, super fresh and the chicken was soooo tender and moist. I loved it. The staff were very kind and thanked me for my purchase multiple times. The baked goods looked and smelled amazing too, but I couldn't eat those because of diet restrictions. I will definitely come back here and tell others of its goodness.
Amazing lobster rolls and omg mouth watering cheesecake which is what drives me to blue kangaroo every week… Gets super packed on weekends but check it out I love their food so fresh so tasty… it would definitely be my best cheese cake place…

What a great find on our last day in Barrington- only wish we had found it sooner!! Delicious Blueberry muffin for my husband and fabulous #3 Breskfast bagel for me - with turkey, cheese and onions! They were busy - we were on the way to the airport- but special order (no bacon and light cheese) was no problem!!
