When being here and viewing the personal reviews, I thought I would go to try and be neutral to these opinions but I had similar experiences as the previos reviews. The staff were friendly and seemed to be great with their customer service skills but will do nothing dor the food quality and protion size. I live by Bajas and know Nacho Mamas is not far from here and I feel if management were to be hard pressed into competitive cusine, they would at least try. Disappointed indeed!

management needs to spend more time cleaning the windows, tables, trash barrels and doorways. seeing is believing. the staff generally works very hard and is efficient. depending on what time you go there could be scraps left and not very fresh and other times it could be stocked well and fresh.

ordered a $70 takeout tonight and the DoorDash guy stole our food when I confronted the store. They said sorry you’re gonna have to purchase the food again. We take no responsibility . Just ridiculous

Do not come here. Never in my life have i seen a more poorly managed chipotle location. Compared to every other chipotle, this place gives the smallest portions by far. Half a spoon of rice? Workers act like the amount of food they give comes out of their own paycheck.

The only reason I went to Chipotle was for the honey chicken rice bowl. I tried each of the other proteins as a substitute, and they are all awful. Also, some of the people in there are great and give you a normal amount of food, while others portion like they are plating a fine dining first course plate. The difference in food portions you will receive, for the same price, is unreal.

Ugh I wish I could go here. My husband and I used to be pretty regular late at night when they opened but the food started looking really old and dried out and not hot enough, and then a couple times they were cleaning and spraying cleaner on the counter but it was landing all over the food. 🤢🤢I just don’t trust it anymore. I just went tonight and had to leave without ordering bc it seems like unsanitary / covered in cleaning chemicals.

I wish I could give zero stars. every single time I come to the chipotle in barrington the food is like cardboard. The honey chipotle chicken is like eating pebbles so dry and so hard. Not to mention that I ordered the chicken and steak and didn’t get steak. My bowl is filled 1/3 not even half. The portions and the food itself is awful. I would go to seekonk instead. I learned my lesson with this place after giving them another chance.
I really wanted to love this place, just opened up a couple months ago. What a disappointment, the place was filthy. Staff just standing around ignoring the messy tables and gink all over the floors. I had to clear away bits of rice and other sticky stuff in order to eat. Sad. Bahja Mexican is cleaner, better ingredients and more affordability priced.

Never in my life have I had such bad service I was helped by the most rude employee , Sarina, I’ve ever encountered in my 52 years of living this was also my first time at a chipotle and I just have to say she completely ruined the experience for me and made me so upset that I didn’t even touch my dinner when i asked for a manager i was told by her that they arent available

The restaurant is filthy and the workers are rude. One employee in particular named Serina was really disrespectful to me and insulted me for just trying to order. She also looked unhygienic and I didn’t feel safe with her preparing my food so I left. Please do better when hiring.

After seeing all of these reviews, mostly 1 star, I don’t understand how people continue to support and give business to big corporations like this one when we have better, cleaner small business in town. If you’re looking for Mexican food, why not go to Nacho Mamma’s???

Food is great but every time I come in all the tables and the floor are filthy. Employees standing around and nothing being cleaned. Unbelievable. Got time to lean? Got time to clean! It’s the restaurant mantra. 3 months later and nothing has changed. Tables are still filthy, food on the floor and employees standing around not doing anything. Clearly nobody cares.
