management needs to spend more time cleaning the windows, tables, trash barrels and doorways. seeing is believing. the staff generally works very hard and is efficient. depending on what time you go there could be scraps left and not very fresh and other times it could be stocked well and fresh.
This is easily the worst chipotle I’ve ever frequented. It’s SO BAD it’s a joke in our family AND I’ve now figured out how to use it to my advantage. If you order after 9:30pm your food is going to be trash—dried out, low amounts of fillings so they don’t have to make more so late, hastily put together, missing items, etc. So go on the app and complain. Boom—free entree or at least buy one get one coupon. Forgot something from my order (happened 30% of the time so...
It's perfect for a quick and relatively healthy meal that still satisfies a craving. The online order and take away window are really convenient here, but going inside to order was also fine, not too busy.
