Ive came here over 100 times and the food isn’t that bad but I got a burnt bagel one time, just once. The refreshers are always good. The times that I went the staffs were nice besides a middle aged woman. if they ran out of an item they would I’ll replace it for you with another. The hash browns and SEC are always on point. But overall the place is nice it’s just that they need to make sure to not clean everything up and hour before closing.

Very disappointed in the latte. My husband and typically enjoy Dunkin lattes. This time, his was good. For some reason mine tasted awful like the coffee beans were re-used. Had to toss the drink.

This Dunkin’ location has been consistently problematic. Despite being a loyal customer for years, my regular order is frequently incorrect. The staff’s attitude is hit or miss, and there’s a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. The recent introduction of charges for extras adds to the frustration, especially when my coffee often arrives poorly made. The drive-through experience is marred by staff gossip, and the practice of sending customers to the parking lot to avoid affecting...
