I have been doing 2 events a year for 8 years, as a member of the Newport Ski Club. We’ve hired a variety of restaurants and caterers. Leon’s just catered our 70th anniversary party. We have NEVER EVER had 71 people applaud the food. Kudos! Highly recommend
We are regulars, used to go weekly but have been going less frequently for the past few months.
Went last week for breakfast and the portions sizes had shrunk considerably. When I expressed this to the waitstaff, they were kind, but you could hear the owner/chefs fighting with the waitstaff.
Increased prices for less food, negative attitudes, and fighting in front of customers….
Too many other choices to keep spending money at Leon’s, which is really disappointing. It was one of our favorites
The food is fresh and delicious!
I ordered an eggplant parm sandwich. I found it on the dry side. With so many places to eat in the area, I would likely not go back.
Excellent service and food. Best pulled pork I’ve ever had!!!! MUST TRY!
Superb Valentine’s night dinner with perfectly prepared, creative courses. It a calm friendly atmosphere with music that you can listen to. Chef are superior to those in many big city restaurants. Love Leon’s!
Was told 30 min wait after 40 min wait and seeing 4 elderly people heading in and then turning around and coming right back out and seeing the weight staff come out and told them to come in we knew they took our table. Then was told we now have 20. /30 min wait agin. That’s not professional
I really like this place. The food is good and the people are nice, even when we come with our 2 young children

Bill and his team catered my girlfriend’s birthday and it was phenomenal. The food was incredible, the presentation was on point and the service was impressive. Thanks again!!

Arrived here at approximately 10:50am maybe 10:55am. My girlfriend & i ordered two omelets. There were open seating at the bar, and 3 open tables. People who arrived after us received their food way before us. We waiting until 11:48am on the dot until we got our food. Not one time did they come by and tell us anything or apologize to us. We overheard one of the cooks saying something about the tickets being screwed up. If the tickets were screwed up, you shouldve mentioned something to us. Nothing got discounted off our bill. Food was unseasoned and had no taste at all. The food was mediocre at best. This was my first & last time ever eating here. Worse experience ive ever dealt with for breakfast.

Very good but they should change their coffee to Downeast, the kind they sell at Vienna Bakery.
