We had been coming here for a while and unfortunately, it has just gone down hill. About 4 months ago we stopped in, we got served cold food, everything was served at individual times. Meaning, that my others on the party got served and we had to remind the waiter that we still did not have everything and he'd bring out pieces of each of our orders but not everything. So by the time we got our meal completed, pieces were cold etc. I had gotten a sandwich and it was stale as all heck, I couldn't even eat it. The next time we went, we had a very sweaty waitress who was wiping sweat with a napkin and putting it into her pocket and then handling food/utensils etc. If that wasn't bad enough, we were served half our order and then the rest was served cold. It just seems to get worse every time. Ugh. Very disappointing.

Disappointed to say the least. So sorry to inconvenience the wait staff for napkins. No one checked to see how things were. Food overpriced and talk about shrinkflation. Disappointed to see NC becoming like Friendly's. Won't be back for sure.

First let me say how bad I felt for our server, Cathleen. Cathleen was an amazing server, but her manager, Lauren, was absolutely HORRIBLE! The place was extremely busy, and there was only 2 servers working with no host. Those poor servers were set up for failure. All the manager, Lauren, did was come out every 10-15 minutes to scream at our server in front of everyone. Absolutely the worst management I have ever experienced. We ended up leaving, not getting our food after waiting for almost 2 hours. Maybe if this establishment actually had management, it would function properly. Shame on management!

Took 15 minutes to get seated , another 20 to get drinks, food came out and the order was wrong. Due to the amount of time it took didn't want to wait for it to be fixed. Have to pay extra $3 for chicken on a quesadilla and are given such a miniscule amount it's embarrassing.
Definitely recommend going here to try the Awful awful. The service is great and the ice cream is fantastic.

I was charged over $10 for one ice cream cone. Absurd! Employees need to be supervised because I doubt it actually cost that much. More expensive than a sundae.

Apparently we must have mistakenly entered a middle school instead of a restaurant. The staff were not diligent to our needs and after we recieved our food, they fooled around in the background. It was obnoxious. The ice cream was good but their presentation was falsely advertised in the menu's pictures.
