Ordered 12/29/25 dinner time on line.paid for it online. Pizza was burnt and dry like cardboard. Wings were dry and they ran out of it the sweet and spicy sauce . The buffalo cheesy bread Is actually a smaller order than what they used to be. When I asked for a manager, no manager on duty food prep look like high school kids obviously no experience. The young girl who Made a pizza had an attitude when the front counter asked her about making another pizza. How long would it take. I left Without .They don’t know what they’re doing…The quality of the food has gone downhill tremendously. I never see anyone of the ownership present at the store clearly tells me that they don’t care about their customers. The only reason I go here once in a while is because I live in town and it’s a five minute drive however, my number of visits will be cut back dramatically unless they improve the quality of their food. For a franchise business, they are not holding up to the standard that is required.

Terribly over priced. Two sizes that fit no one. Either spend $30 on a giant pizza that you will throw half out or $15 on a small that feeds half a person. The people are nice but until they improve I’ll go somewhere else

If I could give zero I would! Normally we don't have any problems with this store! Today we ordered at 5:30pm, it is now almost 7pm and we are still waiting on our delivery! 1 1/2 hours for 2 small pizzas and 2 salads...is a little ridiculous. We called and told them we are still waiting and we're told, "well, he left, and we have no way of getting in touch with him to see where he is!" REALLY? You don't have your delivery drivers phone number?

I ordered an XL pepperoni pizza on Friday, 1/26/24 , and it took over an hour to get to me. And when it did get to me it was cold.I called and the manager apologized and offered me a credit for another pizza.I used the credit today ,1/28/24 , for another pizza. And AGAIN the pizza got here and it was COLD.I normally LOVE Piezonis. It’s literally my favorite pizza. But I’m extremely disappointed that two orders in a row came cold.I wont be ordering again for a long time.
Yall better step up your game and stop cheating out on toppings there's a new kid in town and making you look stupid good luck
