Starbucks in Barrington has exceptional service! All of the employees have made an effort to know me and my order. They are all welcoming and sweet while going above and beyond to accommodate my request or offer suggestions. Ive often had the manager, Angie Riccio, provide service, and she is undoubtedly incredible and a definite asset to the store! This Starbucks puts a smile on my face daily!

Angie and the staff here do an amazing job. Whether they are short-staffed or not, they never fail to have a smile on their faces and, let’s face it, they’re humans and they aren’t robots. They go above and beyond to help customers feel like family. I personally have seen Angie work her tail off for her store. I’ve seen her in 90 degree weather cleaning outdoor furniture. Which, if you ask me, is insane. I thought companies hired outside contractors for this. Starbucks overall needs to do a better job. Ever since the new CEO took over the company, I haven’t seen a promotion on my app (mind you, I come several times a day). The staff no longer can be themselves. They’ve forced them to wear black shirts and hats? I’m going to miss Rachel, Andrew and the rest of the crew leaving. It’s a shame what Starbucks has turned into. Thank you again to the team in Barrington for all that you do. You’re seen and I appreciate you. I know it's difficult working in the area due to the crowd, but y'all do a great job <3

Absolutely LOVE my barrington stars crew. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Ange is such a saint and always makes my matchas exactly how I like them! If they don’t have it in stock, she’ll refer a drink and it hits everytime. The staff is so friendly and you can’t beat the atmosphere when you want to go sit down and enjoy your drink/food and get a little work done. I don’t care if it’s out of the way, this is the only store I’ll go too!

This is hands down one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to! The staff was super friendly and welcoming — you can tell they really care about getting your order right and making sure you have a good experience.
My drink was made perfectly (shoutout to whoever made my iced shaken espresso — so good!), and everything came out fast and fresh. The vibe was great too — clean, cozy, and a nice spot to chill or get some work done.
Definitely coming back. Great service + great drinks = win!

This Starbucks is famous among the locals apparently for taking such a long time and it shows here on the reviews. Totally understaffed as when I was there when I was in town on Friday, there were two baristas working the counter for a fairly large Starbucks. Took about 25 minutes for everything.

Unfortunately the place is unclean, the cheese danish looked & tasted like it had been sitting for days..not fresh at all…the counter was dirty/sticky and so was the floor & tables. No wonder they barely had customers sitting there. I will not recommend this place to anyone. They need to get their act together and whoever is the manager needs to do a better job in running it.

I visited your store today to purchase two Frappuccinos—one Caramel Ribbon Crunch and one Mocha Cookie Crumble. I specifically requested both drinks with a coffee base and no whipped cream. However, when I received my order through the drive-thru, both drinks had whipped cream, and the Caramel Ribbon Crunch was missing the coffee base. When I brought this to the employee’s attention, I was told to drive around again, but by then, there were five or six cars in line. To avoid the long wait, I decided to go inside instead. I watched as the drinks were remade, but upon returning home, I discovered that the Caramel Ribbon Crunch still lacked flavor—it was very plain and tasted incorrect. This experience was frustrating and a waste of money. I expected my order to be made correctly, and despite my efforts to have it fixed, the issue was not resolved. I am extremely disappointed and hesitant to return in the future.
