We ordered a three tier wedding cake from this bakery and I must say they truly nailed the concept of balance! It was as tall as gravity would allow. Excellent bakery. Highly recommended

We ordered all of the desserts for our wedding from Vienna Bakery, including our wedding cake. They were a pleasure to work with as they were responsive over email and were happy to answer any and all questions we had. They provided a tasting sampler to help us decide on the wedding cake flavors and the desserts we wanted to serve, and the cake flavors were completely custom including frostings and fillings. The desserts and cake all came out perfect, pickup was smooth, our wedding guests were happy, and all for a very reasonable price. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for desserts, catered or not!

The cake came out even better looking and tasting than we could have hoped. They delivered it to Newport right on time and it really made our ceremony extra special

Just got a black iced tea and it was perfect for the hot summer day. The barista added extra ice because she knew it would melt once I went outside and she anticipated it perfectly. Will go back to try their sweet treats! It was also incredibly affordable. Iced tea and piece of quiche for $6.

We have been customers for many years The quality has gone down the drain Dry cakes that fall apart Cookies that have no taste and crumble Eclairs that are soggy and seem old and fall apart You can tell they are not fresh because the paper under them was wet So many times we tried to give them another chance but no longer especially that the owner doesn’t respond to messages Reads them but doesn’t respond That is not good customer service at all No longer a customer Would not write a review like this but they left me no choice when they did not respond twice to my messages Shows they don’t care about long time customers
