Ordered a large patacon con pollo y carne received it with chicken and chicharrón and corn ( never had one with corn before) order a side order of chicharrón con arepa and just received greesy unflavored chicharrón with no arepa. Called the restaurant thinking I received the wrong order and was informed no we changed the way we make it I confirmed what the menú description was and was informed we haven't had a chance to update the menú. Now I have an order of food that I will not eat and restaurant refused to remake or refund.

The truth is that the food was delicious but my friend and I went today and we got some super rusty black staples in the hot dogs. AT TWO O'CLOCK!! Later, when I was almost finishing eating the dog, I got 3 pieces of wood, WOOD!! And the worst thing is that they charged us the normal bill, they didn't even give us a discount. The only thing they offered us was a free dessert. I mean, that has never happened to me in a restaurant. I honestly thought they weren't going to charge us after that unpleasant experience.

Terrible service, I asked for a dog and they sent me a dog, I made the claim and they sent me another order but an hour and a half later, the food is frozen, impossible to eat. It ended up in the trash just like the image I had of the place.I don't recommend anyone order food at that place.
