Great food. Terrible loud scraping/ grinding noise in the dining area. I suspect the employees have heard this so long that they can’t even hear it anymore

I ordered food for pick up at 11:30. It was ready when I got there and they waited to pack it up so the chicken stayed fresh and crispy. Chicken isn't greasy, it's not overly crunchy like KFC. I've been a customer four 6 years and will continue to be one. Mashed potatoes are not that great and their fries are a hit and miss.

Overall not bad for fast food. Really wish the batter for the fried chicken had more seasonings/flavor, or if they would at least season the chicken before putting it in the batter, or brining it. But then again, then it wouldn’t be fast food fried chicken. ? Definitely not something I’d crave, but would buy again.
