we ordered a calzone and got this… i honestly am just confused on how a pizza cut in half is a calzone , customer service told us that’s how calzones are made by cutting pizza in half

I put a 2-star for service. The reason I put 2 stars for service is because when paying with my card the cashier told me I was declining. I know I gave her the right zip code. So instead of double-checking if the zip code I gave her was what I said she told me it was wrong. I then double-checked my account and I gave her the right zip code. She was putting the wrong one in and proceeded to say the wrong one back to me. They need to make sure they are correct before telling the customer's their cards are declining.

We always order from Village Pizza, sometimes under forty dollars. I ordered a extra large pepperoni pizza to have delivered, like we have every weekend. This manager said, they wouldn't unless it was over 40.00, because we are too far. I said that has never happened to us. Never had a problem. Needless to say, she could care less.. I'm very disappointed in this manager, and will not order from there. I hope it was worth losing 40.00, then to lose loyal customers

I waited 45 minutes for a spinach pie and it came with no spinach. Every single time I get desperate enough to order from village my order comes wrongs. I ordered my son popcorn chicken and they sent him McDonald’s chicken nuggets. I just need to stop ordering from here because it’s a waste of time and money every single time.

We placed an order, and after 30 minutes they called to say they weren't coming. It is correct that you have location limitations, they probably only deliver in central falls, but they should not have accepted the order, let alone given us an approximate arrival time, only to say after half an hour that they will not arrive!

we ordered two large pizza we asked for them to be well done but when we got home both pizza was under cooked still like dough we called and asked to speak with the manager and every time we call the manager isnt available and that they will call us back we are going on 3 days without a call back

Excellent place to cater a party from. Pizza, wings, fry platter, sub platter, whatever you get, you'll want to go back again! I spent 100 bucks and fed 13 people with leftovers.
I hate to even have to leave a poor review, however, I tried calling the restaurant and was placed on hold for 10 minutes the first time and when I called back another 4 minutes (tgis guy has done this before too). I sent an email hoping to resolve the issue before leaving this review, but still have not heard back from anyone. Which is extremely disappointing considering I order once or twice a week. I would say that typically I love your food, but this order took an hour and a half to Be delivered, and when it finally did get here, the pizza was cold and hard (i had to microwave to eat it) and the egg rolls were In a bath of grease. I understand that things won’t always be perfect, but my overall experience this time was just very disappointing from start to finish.

Ordered a large pizza with a bowl of ramen, they forgot the ramen, called and was told that they will send the ramen, 2nd delivery no ramen a bowl of chicken noodle soup and mind you they charge me 8.50 for the chicken noodle soup (that I didn’t order, why would I pay 8.50 for a bowl of chicken noodle soup when I can go to the market & buy a can for 2.00) the receipt said chicken noodle soup, so who ever took my order messed up. And I left a good tip. Never again!!!!
