Based on service alone because I haven't tried the food yet... my order was supposed to be ready at 704p. 10 min later they bring me the food but not the drinks. Go back inside and tell me they'll bring it out when they're ready... it's one frozen drink.... still waiting. Foods getting cold. Absolutely ridiculous ?

The chicken tenders my sister ordered tasted like fish.. and our servant asked our husband's if they wanted to fill their drinks but didn't ask us.. I won't be going back to this restaurant at least not this location..

My husband and I went to the Coventry location. My husband and I usually go to the Warwick or garden City location which are both excellent can't be said about this one. We have to save up for a date night and it was just a waste of our money and time which is very sad. We had two gentlemen sitting next to us that were ordering all you can eat shrimp chicken and ribs and they were only halfway through their food when she came up to them and asked them if they wanted another refill but yet our plates were pushed to the side with all the utensils and napkins. And I wanted another refill of shrimp but she never came back so by the time she would have come back, it would have taken forever. They were also counting their tips in front of us. The guy was giving money to her and then give him money to himself out in front of everybody on the countertop very unprofessional

We dined at the Coventry location on Monday, 12/11 for lunch. Our waiter, Noah was exceptional with his service and knowledge of the menu that you offer. He was a joy!! Noah is a great asset to Applebees.
