We went for dinner we had a nice server but it seemed to take a long time to get our food even though it wasn’t busy. The Mac and cheese was cold and didn’t taste good at all . The fries and eggrolls were good as well as drinks but my biggest complaint is we were sat at a table where they kept leaving the back door open even though it was only like 11 degrees outside so we were freezing (and we had a baby with us) . Not sure on visiting this establishment against but will hopefully trying the other locations. Also we were celebrating a birthday but the only dessert choice was cheesecake so we had to go somewhere else for her birthday dessert.

Food is mostly great. Poutine fries are super salty and if you don't eat them fast they get soggy in a bad way. Lettuce wraps are incredible. Drinks are great.
Unfortunately while having a night out with my sister on ladies night we were overcharged for our drinks. When I brought it to the attention of our server Hailee she incredibly rudely told me that on Thursdays it's 7$martinis and when I tried to show her it says 7$ martinis and 15$ flights in the exact same line she walked away. I would have been alright if that's where it end however she brought over the corrected check and I gave her my card, when she returned with my receipt to sign she had charged us over 10$ more than the corrected price. Could it have been a glitch or mistake? Sure. But she didn't apologize, the manager when she gave the refund back to my card did not apologize. The only one who seemed remotely apologetic was the woman in between who intercepted me when I started looking around presumably pretty angry. If I do return to this location I will certainly keep an eye on my tab. This also is not the first time I've eaten here I was actually a big fan so this is very disappointing.

This place was really amazing when they first opened but my most recent visit was just ok. From the plants all barely surviving is a sign of this business no longer taking pride in it. The new booths they put in look like a high school redid them. The waiter only gave us menus for the flights but at no time mentioned the other options listed on the board. If you are sitting down to eat the items on the board should also be listed on the menu. There were so many rules to the flights it was confusing. The tacos were so tiny it was hard to hold them without making a mess, juices were dripping everywhere. The flavors were good don't get me wrong. I just feel they are not as good as they were when they first opened. I hope the owners see this and learn.

This place is awesome!!! Lucky enough to be staying walking distance away on a work trip. Drink flights, so you can have a variety & food flights for the same reason. I wish they would open another on in the east troy wi area!!!

The only positive thing I have to say was the waitress Erin. She was so kind. We ordered Mac and cheese and the pasta flights. We waited over an hour for food that we still did not get and all we were offered was guacamole and chips. We had reservations for 8:30 it was 10pm and we still did not receive any food. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our two year anniversary and this was genuinely such a bad experience. We paid for our drinks and left. An hour and a half wait for food is absolutely ridiculous and all we were offered was chips and guac. We were genuinely looking forward to try this place. Most definitely not coming back.

Terrible experience. We wanted to try the expression martinis. We were sat at a table, choose our drink when the waitress was bringing water another worker came up to us and told us that the table we were sitting in was reserved and we needed to wait for the next available one. Our waitress was confused and asked her why the table didn’t have a reserved table sign like all the other tables had and she said because “ they just called”. So she kicked us out of our table for a party that wasn’t even there yet and further more gave the next two seats away to people who walked in after us.
Horrible service and their own worker couldn’t have said it better, the staff was not in communication and as a result it affected the customer experience and will never be going back.

First time here and we will be back! Food and drinks were awesome. Christmas decor was beautiful and the place has such a nice cozy feeling. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was the service was VERY slow. We waited a while to get our order taken and waited over 45 minutes for our food, turned an hour dinner into 2. Make sure you make reservations!

The christmas decor is stunning. They did a great job. Doors are even wrapped with wrapping paper. Me and 3 friends ventured here for a mom's night out. No regrets!!!! I'd like to acknowledge the staff for being upbeat and working as a team. We got there around 9pm and it was still packed !!!! We decided to do the flight meals... how can you not!? We couldn't decide, so we each ordered something different and split the good between us 4. Mac and cheese, I personally found to be a bit bland minus the delicious toppings of course. Get topping with every bite and youll be fine! Although I will still say I found the shredded Buffalo chicken to be dry. The chicken wings we were impressed with! 4 in each bowl (perfect! Each got one of the wings) the quality of chicken was phenomenal. The flavors were out of this world!!!! 10/10 on the wings. French fries, same thing! We decided on thin cut so the toppings wouldn't get stuck on the waffle fry. That way we all got an even amount of topping per fry. Great choice if I do say so myself!!! Came with more fries than any of us expected !!! The egg rolls. Yum! Absolutely yum!!!!!! Perfectly crisp. Perfectly stuffed. Delicious ! We also got tacos, which were good if ate right away. After they sat a bit, they got soggy. (To be expected of tortilla flour wraps not mad about it, just wish we had thought it through and consumed those quicker) the tacos were still pretty good. The drink flights were also very good!!! Me and one of the girls did margaritas. They were great and I myself was buzzed after the first 3. Another girl got the espressos. I did sip one to try. Man! I do not even like coffee and would of got the salted caramel one. So so good!!!!!!! The 4th friend was out dd (sorry lady) from staff to food to atmosphere this is a must stop!!!!! The mac and cheese and soggy taco (again more our fault than the restaurant) is why I took a star away for food. Nonetheless, we will all be back! I suggest if you're in the air about this place you get your butt in the car and vroom on there!!!!!! You won't be disappointed 😌

Server was inexperience and untrained. Food was awful. Devil eggs runny, chorizo tacos put on my platter when it wasn't ordered/requested. (I'm allergic) Karaoke closing early. Entire staff seem disinterested. Once my favorite place in Coventry is now a shell of its self.

I have been to Blackstone Herb & Martini Bar 3 times since recently hearing about it and seeing it on Channel 10 news. I Love everything about it! Food, drinks, atmosphere, wait staff, and the menu. I went three times with different friends and they all felt the same way 👍
I will be back soon to try another choice on the menu. 👏 BSHMB 👏

Came here for my two year anniversary, my girlfriend and I waited over an hour and still no food was brought to us. We only had drinks, we would’ve thought that would at least been complementary due to the excessive wait time. Complete waste of our time overall.
