ANYONE SAYING THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY, WORKS THERE! Disappointed to have to write this. I took a break from going here because the customer service was so poor. Every time I’ve driven down, they aren’t busy, but if I tried calling, I’d be placed on hold indefinitely. They have never taken me off hold the times I have called! I gave it time and tried calling some time later, just to ask a simple yes or no question. I sat on hold for about 10 minutes. Called back, was immediately put back on hold. Called back again and asked the question before they could put me on hold-and was hung up on. So the final time they just let it ring, until I finally got to ask my question. Not even 10 seconds. When I drove by, there was one car. The baked goods are honestly OK. I’ll make the drive to Johnston. Disrespectful, teenage girls. I could imagine if I were rude/deserving in some way-but I always make sure to be polite to people handling my food/service industry. It’s where I started. I’d call to talk to a manager… lol

A great bakery!! We bought 2 cakes for a birthday and they were so moist and delicious. Not over sweet at all. A huge selection of cakes, pastries, and cookies.

Employees weren’t very smiley or friendly it seemed. I spent over $20 on heart cookies with specific words on them for a valentines surprise and when I opened the box at home all the icing and coookies were smooshed together because she just put them on top of each other. Very disappointed in that. They tasted good but definitely need to do a better job in placing baked goods in the box ….

I came to Borrellis looking for a tiny dessert. (Something that was very difficult to find in my area).. walking into the bakery, all of the staff was beyond friendly, all of the girls smiled and were very kind & helpful! They explained several desserts to me & when I found the perfect one, I asked if they could write “ congrats “ on it.. I honestly expected her to say no simply because the dessert was very small .. But to my surprise, she smiled and said no problem. She did AMAZING!!! Perfect penmanship, & Wrote the entire word!! (As silly as it sounds, this was very personal & meant a lot to me!) — While I was there i also purchased some donuts ( beyond perfection ), a few other desserts, including covered chocolate strawberries, pastry’s & of course, pizza chips ! Everything was delicious & very fresh!!
