Excellent food, recommend
Horrible service when walking in get told a few minutes to be seated. 20 minutes go by and you see multiple parties leave the restaurant and when you ask how much longer they say you are next but they don’t know how long because they are waiting for the grill to clear up. So with available tables they don’t seat guests and rather have them crowd the store front and clearly were all just standing around waiting.
Cracker Barrel is always a great experience. It’s great food at a great value. And the staff is so friendly.

I love stopping here for a bite. The prices alone make it well worth the stop. I love the shopping while you wait for a table. There are so many treasures especially for Christmas. They bring you to your table and the smell of the fire makes you feel so warm and at home. I love the little bottles of syrup and their meatloaf is to die for. The hashbrown casserole is my new favorite. My only complaint is the coffee is usually cold. I ate here twice last week and it was child both days but other than that not a single complaint.

The Mac and Cheese wasn’t covered enough so all the cheese souce split in the bag which made it soggy and the food fell through the bag, it was the night before Thanksgiving when I went to pick it up so I wasn’t to upset knowing they did there best to get everyones orders out, other than that everything was delicious and the service was amazing, everyone was very polite and friendly. I will definitely do it for Christmas only this time I’m bringing plastic bags lol

The service was terrible there were people arriving 20 minutes after us and the got there food first.They would constantly walk by with a other tables food.Also they forgot one of my orders so I just ended up canceling the order.The smell of the place was gross.they also got rid of some of my friends favorite food and that made them very upset.I would never recommend going to Cracker Barrel.

We were going to have the turkey dinner.they wouldnt substitute mashed potatoes for sweet potatoes not everyone likes sweet potatoes.not happy with that.very easy switch.

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly towards kids, the waitress went out of her way to track down some crayons for my nephew, who was having bad anxiety. coloring helps sooth him.

It wasn't as good as the food I've had in the past. Food was semi warm, and we felt somewhat rushed by the server but we had to ask for things like napkins, ketchup, butter for biscuits etc. It's a busy place but my grandson slipped on butter that was on the floor as under our table was pretty dirty from prior guests.
