Seems like they really pay attention to how they make the orders. I haven't had a single issue with them. They even put napkins in with hash browns so they don't get soggy and whatever else. To me, that's pretty considerate of them!

Been coming here for years, to the point where they knew my order. In the last 5 months or more they have been incapable of putting cream cheese on my bagel for me as if i’m not driving, and they don’t understand the definition of ‘toasted’. I’m always handed this moist freshly cut chewy ass bagel that if I ever used the cream cheese for, it would be to throw onto the buildings front glass. Hire some competent people, and take $1 off when you don’t do your job and make me put the cream cheese on.

Jim Lynch CEO, Dans management strikes again!! No more senior discount, and 10 cents for one extra swirl. Atta boy, Nickel and dime the customers, so CEO Jim Lynch and his other talentless corporate hacks can make his/their bonus. No clue about their customers or no care!! Either way, terrible ownership! I let the wonderful manager at the store know why this would be the last reload ever on my Dunkin card. Dans management just lost a 40 year Dunkin customer so their CEO and others could make their bonuses. I’m done paying their bonuses, cumbys coffee from here on!!!!! 2-3 dollars cheaper and still good coffee!!!!!

rudest customer service experience i’ve ever received. felt so unwelcomed and they were rushing me. i work in customer service and would never ever treat anybody like i was treated here. every single person there was rude and disrespectful!
