This location has gone downhill! EVEN though they have dummy proof stickers AND a detailed computer system they still mess it up. No matter what time you go!! Tonight we asked for a chocolate frosted and pumpkin donuts. We got chocolate & colored Jimmy's and a damn cider donut. Its ridiculous! Please go back to writing orders down. It was far more accurate.

Ik it was 12 pm and not 7 am but the young man working September 3rd 2024 12pm was a absolute rockstar at his job my loaded hash browns was absolutely perfect and my frozen coffee was on point so tired places and people half fasting stuff and he did not and it was worth writing this review for ! I’ll be back when he working for sure !

This is my favorite Dunk in Coventry. The staff is extremely quick and efficient, as well as friendly. My food and drink are always served exactly as ordered. I never wait too long here.

I stopped by this Dunkin earlier today before I went to work and my coffee was received was not fresh and tasted like burnt coffee and there was only cream and sugar in my coffee none of the flavorings I ordered ( I got the hazelnut heartthrob) their new coffee. It had no flavor in it and my partners coffee only had 1 flavoring it in not the two he ordered. I absolutely love this Dunkin when a certain team is on but the one that was on today was so rude the guy with the longer hair threw the coffees at us so rudely and the girl that was with him threw my donut in the bag and gave me the dirtiest look such a shame they need a new team
