Jamie Perez it one of the worst people I had the unpleasure of getting served by when talking into the intercom she was very short with me and almost seemed like she didn't want to be there on top of it all is the attitude that was given when I pulled up to the window she practically threw the coffee and croissant egg and cheese at me she got my coffee wrong so I went to go around the drive through to get it fixed she told me no she will not fix it and to leave her store worst dunkin I've ever been to...!

Great stop in the evening for coffee. Staff served me quick, and my coffee was out in around a minute. Good location off the highway too, with other fast food options in the area

This location has gone downhill! EVEN though they have dummy proof stickers AND a detailed computer system they still mess it up. No matter what time you go!! Tonight we asked for a chocolate frosted and pumpkin donuts. We got chocolate & colored Jimmy's and a damn cider donut. Its ridiculous! Please go back to writing orders down. It was far more accurate.

Ik it was 12 pm and not 7 am but the young man working September 3rd 2024 12pm was a absolute rockstar at his job my loaded hash browns was absolutely perfect and my frozen coffee was on point so tired places and people half fasting stuff and he did not and it was worth writing this review for ! I’ll be back when he working for sure !

This is my favorite Dunk in Coventry. The staff is extremely quick and efficient, as well as friendly. My food and drink are always served exactly as ordered. I never wait too long here.
