A very good high quality airy and creamy soft serve. Quite the novelty of some many flavors they can create. Will definitely come back on a Sunday high ride.

staff is Threatening lawsuit on my 16 yr old sister because she wrote an honest review about her experience here working as her first job. gelinas owner never actually hired my 16 yr old sister they strung her along and called her in for random shifts and never actually scheduled her. the way this business is ran in unprofessional. the owners daughter is Threatening to take my underage sister and mother to court for defamation after stating the unsanitary conditions of gelinas in her review. the owners daughter is harassing and bullying my sister over social media as we speak over this negative review that spoke nothing but the truth on her experience. many other parents of teenagers who have worked at gelinas has experienced this very issue with not being scheduled and just strung along never actually being hired but working shifts along with all the other drama that ensues in this establishment it's a shame it's a local gem i grew up going to.

Growing up Gelina's was a family favorite and the ice cream place we would always go to. When we moved, it was well missed.
On vacation up from North Carolina, and I had to stop by after a ~17 year hiatus. It's as good as I remember, if not better.

Every flavor you can think of and some flavors you never thought of. Soft and hard, waffles or bowls- toppings galore. So rich and creamy, 1000x better than store bought.

Just visited this establishment for the first time. I am shocked at the prices for two soft serve ice cream cones. I paid $24 for 2. This probably the reason why there are no prices. Needless to say, I’ll never come back here.

Horrible service. Staff was super slow and I ordered a mini soft serve and was given a a small, flavor was barely mixed into soft serve, staff gave me a scoop of a flavor I didn’t order and said “I don’t know if you would like that but I added it just in case”, and finally, I found a hair in my food.
The wait time was horrendous, I waited probably close to 20 minutes for a small ice cream. Not to mention the workers don't wear gloves, like what, I don't know what you have touched with your hands, like if you were cooking food and put gloves on after it's cooked but your touching my cold ice cream with your grimy hands. Not to mention the food wasn't even that good.

Brownie sundae is literally a cut up, cold cosmic brownie on top. Cosmic brownies are sold in like 12 packs at the dollar store so I’m unsure of how this is $9+ sundae. While I obviously wasn’t expecting homemade, I certainly wasn’t expecting little Debbie cakes which are so far from being actual food that they’re shelf stable for decades. Went straight into the trash. Girl in the window was nice enough tho.

The owner is a sweetheart. Hires neighborhood kids and gives them a chance at a decent first job. Amazing selection , dairy free, sugar free, even slushies for people who don’t really like ice cream. Dog friendly!!
