The waitress took a long time between beverages, and letting us order, she was not attentive and quickly dismissive. The seat in the booth was so sticky I had to tear my pant leg off it, I thought I was stuck on a nail! It left a sticky residue down my whole pant leg. My dad ordered the skillet, it was loaded w/freezer potatoes & he didn't like it. I told the waitress that after refusing a box, she ignored me. We didn't get any discount then we had to pull in to cumbys before we left town because e both had to use the bathroom in an emergency kind of way! He left all this food and said it was tasteless- they charged him full price.

Just ate Heaven in my mouth! Was the best, most creative shake I've tried. Great munchies snack, perfect choice of ingredients and ridiculously filling. Coming back just for it :) Best experience and fabulous service 10/10

Still great place to stop with my grandkids instead of fast food while training 2 and 4yo for restaurant dining experience. Clean location and restrooms Service was attentive to kids, crayons to color, kid menu, waitress was kind, and even the chef stopped at table to check on us. Very friendly at our NK location visit after fun day at Wilson park. Highly Recommend change it up from fast food. Give the experience to little ones.Kid-friendliness: Good selection kids menu. Ordered Mac n cheese with fruit and burger, and they split each dish.Wheelchair accessibility: User friendly even rest room.

Had breakfast there. Food is reasonably priced and good. Wait staff is friendly and good.
In addition to ice cream they have food: hamburgers, fries, hot dogs, a menu for children and seniors. Very friendly employees. Relaxed atmosphere. They have no sugar added ice cream.
Kid-friendliness: Friendly and very dedicated staff. Joan, is the best.

One of my favorite places since childhood (a long time ago!). This was the Coventry location, and I was getting take-out, so my comments are likely not relevant to the regular sit-down service.Chief complaint was the food was not prepared as asked. Cheeseburger was supposed to have mustard and red relish; it had neither. BLT was supposed to have "lots" of mayo; you were hard pressed to find any.Server was pleasant, but the kitchen was very slow, given that there were not many customers present. Who knows, maybe they were using a trainee staff back there.The presentation issues would have been simply remedied if we were dining in.So the basic message here is: eat in if you are going here.
