1st time here, food was very good, service not much! We sat down at 5:30pm and didn't leave until 8pm, we were a party of 6. Waitress apologized for the long wait and blamed it on the kitchen, she said dessert is on me. We all ordered dessert to go and then realized when the bill came we were charged for the dessert! I had the Lemo chello cake, which was good but tiny, definitely not worth the price. Restaurant itself was very nice.

Eggplant was good. A lot of water drank.

We have eaten here during the many different owners over the past 15 years. It continues to be very loud with the open concept high ceilings, nice looking but echoes.
Food was pretty expensive especially for the portion sizes.
The bread we were served whas previously frozen and not very good.
Took a very long time to get water/acknowledged.
Nothing was terrible but it wasn't all that fantastic either.

Everything was fine except for the fact that the bar had 2 TV's. Neither TV had any games on. 1 had a movie and the other an NFL game from years ago. Keep in mind this was during a Saturday evening when there's multiple big college football games going on. I don't think I've ever sat a bar that didn't have the games that were going on, on at least 1 TV. Kinda weird that they wouldn't really know that there's MASSIVE college football games on. I wonder what they do on Sunday's during NFL season. I bet they have golf on when NFL is on. It was pretty disappointing and ridiculous to go to sit at a bar and not have any current games on.

Our waitress was great perfect service to top that I had one of the best Chicken Parm’s hands down! Finally a place that does it right! I’ll be back whenever I am in the mood for chicaaaa Paammm! Oh ya and the wife’s seafood pasta was great too! Great job Chefs in the kitchen!!

I was in the mens room and an employee from the bar came in and went to the bathroom walked out without washing his hands. Basic personal hygiene. Then I was asked if I had cash to pay or copy my credit card to pat because the internet was not working. The server was really nice and tipped her cash.
Not going back anytime soon.

They charge you mandatory gratuity that they disguise as a service charge for takeout. Everyone knows no tip on takeout. It's not the customer's fault that the owners of the company are greedy don't pay their employees fairly. You shouldn't be putting the burden on the customer. Needless to say, this will be the last time I spend my HARD EARNED money at this establishment

Both times food was delicious. I don’t understand why they have lower ratings. As a former Italian restaurant manager on federal hill, this food is great. Get two meals out of one entree, chicken parm so good, seafood cardinale, salmon entree and Caesar salad 👌
