My experience at this location is ALWAYS disappointing. I ordered the number 16 with Italian herbs and cheese bread. The bread was so stale it felt like biting into a rock. This location consistently disappoints, and I can’t understand why the quality is always so poor. The lack of care in food preparation makes me regret ordering from here every time.
I don’t own a car, so walking back to the restaurant to have my sandwich remade wasn’t an option, especially with the extreme heat that day. It was simply too inconvenient to make the trip again. Unfortunately, this location always seems to get something wrong with my order, no matter how many chances I give them.
To make things worse, they crammed two sandwiches into one bag. On my way home, the bag ripped open in the heat, and my sandwiches fell to the ground. I’m so tired of not getting my money’s worth here. While I appreciate the acceptance of certain coupons, the staff needs better training to consistently deliver quality food. It’s frustrating that this location doesn’t seem to care about putting out a good product. If they did, I’d happily be a regular customer. Sadly, the constant poor quality just makes me want to avoid this place altogether.

What’s frustrating about this particular Subway branch compared to others nearby is that they **never** honor the promotions offered through the Subway app. This is especially disappointing for those of us who live close by, including myself. For instance, when Subway runs a promotion like "buy 1 footlong, get 1 free," this branch refuses to accept it. Another example is the $6.99 footlong deal for app users—this location doesn't honor that either, forcing me to go to a different Subway to take advantage of the deals. It’s clear that the owner of this store is more concerned with cutting costs than providing the same value that other locations offer.

This was the first time at this location. We placed an online order for pickup. We opened our meals several minutes after leaving the restaurant. My vegee sub had Italian dressing instead of mayo, and not a lot of content. Upon returning, I dealt with an understanding employee who apologized and remade the sub much better than the first. I would return based on the entire experience, but will also check the meal before leaving the vicinity.

The old hag that works there needs an attitude adjustment. Got my entire order wrong on purpose after clarifying multiple times. You're in your 50s and can't make a ******* sandwich??

We where here at 7:00 pm on April the 5th I just got to say the girls that were working there and the food was brilliant and super clean. For now this is our Subway thank you very much.
