Just went to grab my son a sandwich and the pickles were nasty and slimy. When I asked the cashier if they were any good she said they are fine what else do you need in a very nasty tone! I'm sorry but this was disgusting. Nvm the fact she had her sweatshirt sleeve touching my son's food the entire time!! Probably the nastiest and rudest subway I have EVER been to!!!!!

It's not this Subway alone but I just wanted to note as a big fan of the coupons these companies send out and allow my family to save a little money while making our restaurant choice this Subway along with many others will not honor them. Or rather they will on very selected choices beyond the already excluded options displayed on the coupon itself. You can make the argument that all Subways are franchise and the headquarters does not properly reciprocate for the use of these coupons but that is very much a them issue and should not effect us on a consumer level.

I went to get 2 foot long sandwiches an egg sandwich and an Italian sub. They told me they did not have enough eggs to make a footlong. So then I asked for a chicken wrap and they said they were out of wraps too. I asked for a steak and cheese and when they went to ring me up at the counter they said my coupon did not apply to those sandwiches. I was not planning on spending $23.95 on lunch and would like the rest of my money back. This not the 1st time I have been here and they told me they are out of eggs. I have been multiple times and they never have enough eggs to make a footlong no matter if I go when they open or not. Where do they go and why don’t they have any wraps? I even went 1 hour after they opened a little after 9:00 AM one time to get a sandwich and the door was locked. So I looked in the window and the girl at the counter is playing on her phone and she looked up and saw me standing at the door but would not unlock it. So I knocked on the window and she still would not unlock it. Then I called the restaurant and she did not pick up the phone. I will never be returning to this subway location. It is worth driving the extra time to go to the location in West Warwick on Queset Ave I have never had an issue there.

Went in to Order six-foot long sandwich for 4th of July party. We called ahead but manager said stop in or please call later, so we did. We stopped in, the woman behind the counter asked what we wanted and we said a party sandwich, she rolled her eyes and proceeded to take orders for people coming in AFTER us. We waited and and said, hey are you going to take our order? She eye rolled again and then she ignored and continued to take new people as they came in. We left! We have gone there for years and bought our party subs there every year, they are $100 plus orders. NEVER AGAIN! Rude!
Manager has nasty attitude toward customers and workers, seems like a toxic work environment, on top of that there food does not seem decent enough to serve humans, everything is old and flies flies

4/5 cause no one is perfect but this particular location has never really disappointed. Usually always moderately friendly staff at the least who know the very basics of what they are doing, at the very least. Sometimes the experience is better than others but everyone has their days. Pretty good. They tend to lock up early though so that the employees can relax for a while before cleaning up, so it's good to arrive way before close. The last time I came, I arrived way before closing time but one of the employees still seemed a little annoyed.
