This place is terrible as always, they either forget to add one of your oder or your food is cold. My friend ordered 4 tacos and they forgot one, they didn’t tighten the cap to our drink so it spilled everywhere and I ordered some chalupas and holy hell were they hard, either they sat out for too long orrr they were stale cause those things were hard as a rock not to mention, they weren’t even hot. It felt lukewarm also. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed that I didn’t even eat the last one. I don’t understand how they’re so many negative reviews and not one person in upper management is doing anything about it.

extremely slow service, i waited 12 minutes just to place an order because no one was coming to the front desk. it was ridiculous, and on top of the slow service they didn't even get my order right. never coming back again!!

Ordered in store. 32 people went through drive thru with no problem. 15 mins later I was handed my food. Nothing was hot, no cheese was melted.

Order online or on the app and they'll say they never received the order. Place is just too busy all the time cause it's one of the only places in Coventry and everyone goes there. Just bad overall.

It took almost 15 mins in store for my order, and it wasn't a "special" order, and I was the only person inside. Also, their app is not working for me, it won't let me add a card or even an order. When I "check out" it shows me a taco with the word forbidden under it. Anyone else come across this?

The young girl Amy or Emily whatever her name is that works the night shift NEVER answers at the drive thru before the 5 seconds nd the. Has THE NERVE too get angry nd tells u "you should wait" when u say "is anybody there" terrible terrible customer service.she should be retrained or fired
The manager was being a complete douchebag, told me and my associate that we could have gone to any other fast food restaurant, after our entire orders were made incorrectly and we brought it up. FYI we complained to each other about the food and the manager couldn’t keep her nose out of my ass.

This place is terrible. No one tries to help you, and they just look at you while you stand there. It takes at least 25-30 minutes to get any kind of food, then it’s not even close to being correct. STAY AWAY!!!

It has been a while since I’ve gone to a Taco Bell. I probably won’t be returning. I ordered a steak quesadilla and I went through the drive up window. They asked me if I wanted any sauce and I said I would like sour cream. Unfortunately for me, the quesadilla came out and was not even cut properly which made it very difficult to eat in the car and then they charge me 90 additional cents for the sauce. I guess they should’ve asked me if I wanted napkins because they didn’t give me any. It was cooked poorly tasted horrible and way overpriced. Not to say it was very messy to eat in the car with no napkins to even wipe up.

I honestly cant tell if this place is a serious establishment .... if forest gump and the hawk tuah crackbaby had kids they were all hired at this location paid for an online order waited in line 45 mins drive thru to be told someone picked it up and that i can pound sand for my damn meal and money ... the employees deffintley earned all the handicap spots im the lot

For some reason, they have my order massed up twice. After saying “No Beef” Three times. They gave me beef in 2 items. I think I have to open each wrapper and check all my food.
