This Taco Bell needs a MAJOR management overhaul!!! The lady at the drive thru gave me a drink where the lid wasnât even on and it was all over my brand new truck and then she told me she gave me my card back and she never did and then had the audacity to be rude and raise her voice. The card ended up being outside of the drive thru window. Let me tell you that if you put the customers first and put lids on their drinks so you didnât have to dish out 500 napkins you would have known where my debit card was. RUDE, IGNORANT, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The district manager needs to take a look at these reviews cause they should be ashamed of themselves!!!

I just got home and the entire bottom of bag was soaked through and every single taco was soggy and cannot be eaten. The service was the worst it has ever been whoever worked there tonight 07/27/2025 at 8:30pm are the worst employees I have ever seen taking more than 5 minutes to even give me my order. Iâm insanely upset as I work extremely hard for my money and now I am out $40 and have no food for tonight. Thank you Taco Bell for that.

Food always taste so good, and the crunch wrap supreme is peak. Should work on packaging though, mostly cause their bags are kinda flimsy and mine tear when holding it a fair bit.

The worst Taco Bell around. Been dealing with missing items with every order for years now. My bad for keep going back, but last visit was the last straw. We were missing a steak burrito, didnât realize until we got home. They didnât give a recipe either. Called, talked to a manager, said my husbandâs name would be on a list to go pick up the replacement at our convenience. Go back, order, get to the pick up window to be told the name isnât on âthe listâ so we would had to pay for the item. Steak burritos arenât cheap these days. They literally stole money from us.

It used to be our favorite place if we went to Taco Bell but not any more.
This place is terrible as always, they either forget to add one of your oder or your food is cold. My friend ordered 4 tacos and they forgot one, they didnât tighten the cap to our drink so it spilled everywhere and I ordered some chalupas and holy hell were they hard, either they sat out for too long orrr they were stale cause those things were hard as a rock not to mention, they werenât even hot. It felt lukewarm also. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed that I didnât even eat the last one. I donât understand how theyâre so many negative reviews and not one person in upper management is doing anything about it.
