I don't like to do bad reviews but I got there and one more person just entered before me. The lady didn't even acknowledge I was there. But I'm pretty sure she looked at me and decided just to talk to the other customer and this was for several minutes. She even went to the back and came back and nothing. I was about to leave and she finally asked me what I was going to order without offering a menu as she did with the other customer (mind you I'm Latina and the other person was not) but I did not want to think it was bcs of this but this was my first visit and this never happens to me in RI. I asked her because I could see just Herbalife products is that all the products that she used for the shakes... (remember is my first time and I do not have a menu still at this point) She said yes and proceeded to ignore me again. I said thank you and I left. Besides the bad customer service. Just FYI Herbalife can cause a lot of issues is not the best option and not healthy.

Fruity pebbles smoothie is great!! I recommend it.
Sadly disappointed, the last three times I’ve come they have been closed despite business hours listed on line as open….no sign on the door indicating changed hours etc. Hoping all is well with staff and owners? Has the business closed and I’ve just missed the announcement of closing? Kind of sad, the one time I was able to come in I was happy with the service and products. ?
