Hate and love this location. So close to me, but they don’t always mix the smoothies. Chucks aren’t easy to drink through the straws and they should be smooth hence the name smoothie… Blend them correctly and stop taking short cuts please!

Went there today 7/14/2024 Sat at the register for 7 minutes. No one came to take my order. My brother walks up they take his then walk away all 5 of them then I was still standing there for another. 10 minutes no one said anything or toom my order so I just walked away worst staff. So I sat there waited for my brother to eat his food. And we left and I went to Wendy's.

Second time in less than a month I ordered online drove to the store and nobody was even their waited over 30 minutes first time this time they a can keep my money because this regular is done coming here

First time visit, was very clean and well kept. Three staff members but they seemed stressed ! They still were quick and prompt, and polite. I got the new Acai bowl and it was delicious. Joined their membership program and can't wait to come back.

This place has gone downhill every since they replaced the staff from about 2 years ago. We have been disappointed with our orders ever since they got newer people. I don't know if they just don't care? On Christmas Eve the employee didn't sound so thrilled. I get it. No one wants to work on a holiday. The smoothie was actually blended smoothly! Thank goodness because this has been an ongoing issue. My smoothie was tasteless, and the other one was alright. We used to love coming here. I went back because I got a gift card. Yesterday, we decided to use the rest of the balance at another location. & Yess!! The smoothies that we fell in love with. Haha. The people in Garden City should train those at this location. Everything was made well! We even got 2 sauces instead of one for the quesadilla. Sometimes this location even forgets that. But, yes, flavorful and we'll blended smoothies! I guess we'll be going there from now on.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Please don't waste your time or money, you'll be beyond disappointed. They also try to burn you on your money, if something costs a certain price they penny punch and give you incorrect change. Happened 3x never

My husband went to Tropical Smoothie Coventry 11/13/23 @ 8:40pm and there was no answer at drive thru. He pulled up to the window and beeped a couple of times. Lady looked at my husband from side view and proceeded to count draw. According to the hours it closes at 9pm. Really disappointing!

SOMEONE PLEASE TRAIN THE SUNDAY STAFF!! Third time I’ve left on a Sunday with chunky ice water. During the week I’ve had very good experiences at this location, but every Sunday I’m heavily disappointed. This time I just left my drink and walked out.Nearly 8 dollars for an undrinkable smoothie because ice gets stuck in the straw with every single sip. This is unacceptable and infuriating!

I hate to do this - I travel the country for work, I often rely on places like tropical smoothie to get quick but somewhat healthy options vs the typical fast food chains. I stopped in recently and got a smoothie and chicken bacon ranch flatbread. While they hit the spot in the moment, I spent the rest of the night very sick. I didn’t eat anything else that day and felt great until I consumed the aforementioned. I’d rather not comment on who was working or whether they were friendly or not, I just want to make the establishment aware that something served had likely gone bad. In hindsight, from the moment I walked in until I ate and walked out, there was a consistent presence of fruit flies buzzing around. All in all, I question how cleanly the place is & whether they’re taking proper care of the food they serve.

Good smoothie, but the food.... I could smell it was rotten. This is just nasty to serve people expired food, wasted my money.
