Honestly food is hit or miss. I’ve had great food but had more misses, Pizza at times can be undercooked on the inside, wings as well. The online prices don’t add up to what you’re actually buying. They have an additional charge of five dollars for a delivery Thats doesn't go to your driver. Just a charge for their pocket. Next there will be a service charge for answering the phone

Twisted food is really good but DO NOT USE THE PRICES LISTED!!!! I had gone there to pick up an order of 1 Italian grinder and 1 small order of chicken wings and it cost me $34.34!!!! The sandwich was listed as $6.99 and the wings as $9.99, boy was I surprised when I went to get the food!

First time at this restaurant and we will definitely be back. Very friendly staff with great tasting sandwiches. Chicken tenders and fries and cold beer.

The pizza is always great! The service was great until this summer. My last three visits the waitstaff have either been sulky from kitchen drama or prioritizing refill tasks over taking care of the customers in the room.
Ordered pepperoni pizza and garlic bread. The slices were not full cut, had to use kitchen scissors to separate them fully. The slices they attempted to cut were also extremely uneven, some slivers and others large and wide slices. The garlic bread didn’t seem to be toasted at all. The cheese was melted but the bread was completely soft. Highly recommend going to pizza nomad in center of New England instead.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 recommend this place! The atmosphere is so inviting and fun—it set the perfect tone for a girls’ night out with my friend this past Saturday. Our bartender, Janell, was absolutely amazing—friendly, upbeat, and brought so much entertainment to our evening. She truly made the night extra special!
We started with the spinach dip appetizer (delicious!), and were having such a great time that we decided to stay for dinner, too. We split the Pub Burger and the Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta—both came out hot, perfectly made, and honestly, we couldn’t decide which we liked more!
The option for outdoor seating was another bonus and really added to the experience. Overall, it was the perfect girls’ night out, and I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu!

This place used to be great. I’ve ordered here for years. Recently service has gone down hill. Almost every time we order something gets forgotten and the driver has to come back 29 minutes later to drop off the missing items. I get it… mistakes happen that’s the least of my problem. My biggest problem is the woman taking the phone orders has a major attitude and makes you feel like it’s a nuisance just taking the order. If another pizza place opened up in Coventry with good food and good customer service they would put a hurting in this place. The only reason why they’re still so busy is there there’s nowhere else good to order from that delivers like Santoros.

When I got home my pizza was chopped up into little small chunks I never seen anything like that before when I called her she was rude and said it was an honest mistake they thought I wanted my pizza cut and squares but it wasn't cut and squares it was cut in chunks like the guy was angry or something I had to stop my mother from going back there and throwing the pizza in her face
