Service here they are so friendly and so patient with me. I didn’t know how to use my app and they tried to help me. The grilled chicken wraps had more meat in them than anywhere else I’ve ever been. The food was all fresh and served with a smile. I have zero complaints if I had a complaint, it would be that I wish that more Wendy’s were like them.

This Wendy's continues to suck. Complete order was just one burger, they still screwed it up.
It had gotten better for a while, and I would have given it a better rating, but they were bad for a long time, and good for just a short while. Gonna go back to skipping this one.
Went back May 2025 after a long break. Now it sucks even more. Went during a slow time, only car in the drive thru. Ordered a burger, but with no ketchup, and there was no confusion about my order. I got a bacon burger (huh?) with double ketchup and nothing else. Just drive past it. It's been a long time since this place got a simple burger order right. If they can't do that, I have to question if they keep it clean and healthy behind the scenes.
Please train your staff not to touch food with bare hands! Customer was questioning his contents and the young staff took her bare hands and physically showed the customer where the cheese was! appalling! More appalling was the customer (a male) was happy and took the sandwich back and ate it. wt_…. please prepare your staff and food so patrons brains’ function better. Nutrition matters.
