7:00pm on a Sunday and drive-through line wrapped around the building. I went in to eat and it took forever for food to come out. Fries were left out on a tray while burger was slowly being prepared. By the time I got my food, the fries were cold.
Went to the bathroom before getting back in the car, and the walls and floor of the men's room were actually sprayed with feces.

Embarrassing. Can you put your phones down and do your job? Napkins would have been nice oh and a fork for the 10 piece buffalo lol.....it's like if you have a pulse they hire you. Absolutely atrocious service!

Wendy's has gone down hill. No matter which one I go to...orders are wrong...they run out of food...their drive thru etiquette is awful...they are the dirtiest fast food restaurant I have ever gone into.

Went there 1030 pm, September 26. Ordered a baked potatoe a daves double, a large French fry, and a chili. They were out of potatoes. The French fries were stale, like they've been reheated several times. The amount of sodium in the chili was enough to chop a horse. They had so much mayonnaise on the burger that the bun was soggy. Stay away.

We were in the area and needed a quick snack before our road trip home; we stopped by and there were a couple of people ahead of us. The cashier was friendly. The place was spacious; tables were a little sticky.
The food came out in 5-10 minutes. I ordered the new saucy nuggs in honey BBQ flavor which was good but I should've went for the spicier ones since this just tasted like their normal BBQ sauce. The nuggs came with ranch. I also had a jr. Cheeseburger deluxe which was good but it was cold, not even warm. Overall, it's an alright spot for some greasy, unhealthy, and quick food.

Tried the New Sauce Nuggs! They were Jam Up! Definitely recommended!
Every time I come to this location there's a problem. Out of my choice of drink, out of sauce, fries aren't ready, chicken isn't ready. I'm surprised the place is still open with how many people they must turn off from coming here. If it wasn't across the street from my work, I wouldn't bother.

They really just sold me cold dried out spicy nuggets as alternative to nuggets like they were fresh and gave me old nuggets. Seriously I would've waited if I know you were going to give me bad food. Trying to prevent loss doesn't mean trying to lose customers. What a disappointment. Says alot about your employees and about your business model.
