Took my daughter for a date night and I have no problem when service is slow it gives us time to talk and hang out but bad service is not acceptable. It took over an hour for our meal, they forgot our appetizer then just said oh we will pack it to go for you. never refilled our drinks, didn’t off any salt pepper or ketchup for my daughters burger and fries. Absolutely terrible service. I went in as a party of 7 and had the most absolute worst service. Everything went wrong from the minute we arrived until we left. Management was aware of the situation and refused to acknowledge or rectify the situation. drunk waitress, forgotten food (even though the waitress wrote everything down) and my daughter had to eat when everyone else was done, wrong food, spilled drinks on my other daughter and had no napkins or anything to clean things...read full review
