This meal took 2 and a half hours which was way too much. The food was great but the service was not. It wasnt even the entirety of service either, but our specific waitor. We had a server, either going by Tay, Tate or something similar. He didn't introduce himself to us before jumping on logistics like specials. We had to ask one of the bus boys. It took us 10 minutes after sitting down for him to speak with us. Another 10 minutes between finishing our appetizer to come back and take our entree order, and a good 20 minutes after putting in our dessert order to check in with us for us to even be able to ask for the check. I can understand if there were delays in the kitchen. Things happen. But while we were eating, and in these large gaps of time between initial welcome/app order, app finishing/entree order, and entree finishing/dessert order we were not spoken to, meanwhile this server floated to all other tables in the area during these periods. It took me interrupting his walk back to the kitchen to be able to ask for the bill. And I repeat, no one but this specific waiter was anything less than a pleasure to interact with.

First time going there. They sat us in a corner next to the door . So you heard the door banging all the time . Felt like we where being segregated The food was ok. Not great. My carrots were not cooked all the way. Some of the beans were over cooked some where not cooked. Very disappointing considering the price you pay for food here. Our server Taylor was awesome.

Disappointed in the potion of dish and the dish itself. I am a regular customer, had not visited in a few weeks. Very disappointed! Bartender was good.

Nice spot with excellent service and a great selection. The shrimp and scallop risotto was amazing, probably the best I've ever had. The tomato soup was also delicious. Our server Taylor was an absolute delight as were the other wait staff.

Decided to try this bistro out as it's 5 minutes from my house. We started with flat bread pizza cooked perfectly but missing flavor. Tried the shrimp and scallop florentine and the penne with pink vodka sauce. Both needed work. Risotto slightly undercooked and shrimp overcooked and scallops were perfect. Chicken was dry and very light on the sauce. Overall I'll definitely try again. Service is the real highlight the servers were awesome and attentive.

Overall, good experience! Tried the fresh pasta which may not be worth it. I thought it was pretty doughy. Otherwise, the chicken I had was very tender and good quality. Hot and dirty martinis were a hit. They made a birthday at the table a little special and not over the top, which we appreciate.
Celebrated a few friends birthdays together here as a party of 12. Nick was a phenomenal waiter. The fresh pasta was delicious with the chicken parm and definitely a ranking top 5 in my book in the state for it! Their sauce is on the sweet side which I personally prefer but some might not. The drinks are A+++ the pear martini was definitely a A and the dragon fruit sangria was DELICIOUS! We ordered cupcakes for the party from their bakery and they did not disappoint! All of them 10/10!
Found this hidden gem about 7 months ago. Have never been disappointed and always blown away. The staff are exceptional. Ben is one of the most proficient bartender/waiters I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The Chef is always coming up with amazing specials on the weekends. The weekly specials like the dinner for two and the buck a shuck, and 1/2 price bottle of wine on Wednesday are hard to beat. The menu just switched up for summer and I tried the Veal/crab florentine…Wonderful dish. If you are a dessert person, which I am, Wonderful choices from cannolis to specialty desserts made fresh that evening. If you have never hit this incredible restaurant I highly recommend it.
Still thinking about the Portuguese Calamari and fresh baked bread from this place… but seriously, do yourself a favor and book your reservation for your next night out. Tucked neatly just off RT. 99 in Cumberland, RI this place is worth stopping and staying for a while.
From the start we were greeted by a very inviting hostess ready to seat us (even though we were a bit early). There aren’t many places in the area with comfortable temp controlled outdoor eating environments. This Andrews Bistro is just that, weather you’re looking to dine in the sun, or maybe in the chill of late fall, the restaurant has accommodations to keep you happy and comfortable any time of year.
We started with the sangria which was perfect, not too sweet and just the right amount of the good stuff. We please early surprised with the fresh baked bread, which literally just came out of the oven. Crispy flaky and aromatic went superbly with the house oil, I had to ask politely for the staff to stop bringing it because I couldn’t stop eating it. We ordered the Portuguese Calamari to start. To put it simply, it tasted like home for me, just like my grandmother used to make! The sauce, the chorizo *chefs kiss*. Highly recommended.
For entrees, I did the Bistro Filet cooked to a perfect medium rare which was excellent. Whatever they’re doing with the rendering of the bacon on top really just makes it something extra special. Not to forget the potato croquette, at least I think that’s what it was, I want two of those with every meal everyday. Just incredible honestly. My date ordered the chicken parm, all I’m saying is ask for the to-go box when you order this one and incredibly massive serving of perfectly fried breast over fresh home made pasta just like Nona used to make 🤌🏼.
It doesn’t happen often, but we stayed for dessert. Was hard to leave when they brought out the beautiful array of desserts live and toted the tray of beauty around the table… so we stayed for the fresh baked cookie/ice cream combo. I’m glad I did, I don’t do sweets often but talk about comfort food sheesh!
All in all the service, food, drink and overall comfort of the experience is something that will bring us back. If not next weekend definitely before month end. Put this one on your list if you haven’t dined here before, you won’t regret it.

This place is incredible. This was one of the best meals I have had in a long time. It is not a cheap place but the quality is over and above. The last meal I had that was this good was Gordon Ramsay's steak house in Las Vegas. The restaurant is gorgeous inside. I will say the parking lot had me a little unsure initially, as it was close to a Dollar General. This is a high end restaurant but with modest and appropriate pricing. I had the seafood ricotta special under the advice of the bartender. Wow, great call!! The Manhattan was probably the best I have ever had with a hint of orange and a great mixture. I expect good food when I go out, but this was a home run.
