“First off, let me tell you about the grape nut pudding. Fun fact, grape nuts contain neither grapes nor nuts. Grape nut pudding is not a breakfast item despite having grape nuts (a breakfasty food) in it. So when you order it at breakfast Denise is going to look at you kinda funny, ask if you want whipped cream (say yes) and moce in with your order. The grape nut pudding is straight delicious fire. Get it. This place is awesome top to bottom. It's not at all trying to be anything it is not. It's a local breakfast and lunch place of the beat sort. The only reason anyone wrote my ordet do n was because they didn't know me. Absolutely every other person I saw that came in and sat down was spoken to like they had been there a thousand times, were welcome, and lived being there. This place made me smile.“

“I had an event this weekend for 50 people and James’ catered the food. It was a brunch, that included pastries, muffins, fruit, sandwiches, and quiches. The food was outstanding!!!!! James helped me plan the menu, he was accommodating, and everything was exactly as promised. The cost was extremely reasonable. I strongly recommend James’ without hesitation if you needed a caterer!!!! Thank you James, well done!!!!!“

“This was my first visit to Amand's Kitchen and I was not disappointed. The menu was traditional New England fare and the service was fast, professional, and friendly. There was no wait for our food and the serving size required a takehone bag. The food was delicious and hot. Price was about $20 each. A little high but, hey, inflation is real. Park is almost nonexistent so you will have to park on the road next to the cemetery and cross over to the diner. There was no waiting for a seat and there is no outdoor seating.“

“Enjoyed a nice, quiet breakfast right after opening. Waitress was extremely pleasant and the kielbasa omelette was well cooked. Was looking for a spot to grab a quick diner meal in the early morning and Danny's delivered on that. Will absolutely come again in the future.“

“First time visiting, and what a success. Our waitress was super friendly and welcoming. We ordered the Hungry Man breakfast, and it was all that...2 eggs, homefries, bacon, sausage, and French toast for $8.99. Really no complaints, and surely worth a trip back.“

“Awesome restaurant, delicious food and great portions. Al and everyone in there are funny and welcoming. If you order the pancakes be prepared to be full for the rest of the day. They challenged me and said I wouldn’t be able to finish them, and though I proved them wrong, i am pretty sure i just ate enough food for the next 3 days. Definitely recommend this place.“

“I can't say enough about Betty's. It's our Cheers, minus the liquor mind you! Breakfast is always awesome, I suggest the corned beef hash, and Italian toast (huge!), made fresh on the premises! The Breakfast sandwich bagels are huge and prepared to perfection.... Coffee, either a straight up cup of Joe, or flavored, also awesome. The lunch menu is pretty straight forward, burgers, always a home made soup and daily specials. The meatloaf and American Chop Suey are two of my favorites, and I love their BLT's! There's actually bacon a plenty on them, you don't have to go searching through the lettuce to find it! My wife and I can't get enough of the place. Amanda, who's the cheif cook and bottle washer, is the most amazing woman. She's always serving the community as well as her customers. The wait staff are personal and thorough, always there with a fresh pour of coffee and a wonderful smile! Great food, great staff and a great experience.“

“It was a quiet night, and few people were about in the city. A late night of bowling and a rumbling stomach were all my party and I could think about. Thankfully, an Oasis appeared from the murky night; a wonderful display of sweet, delicious breakfast foods at our disposal! We feasted upon modest portions (upon our request to the establishments keeper of the night) until we were full and happy. And just as quickly as we came, we went; and the Oasis left to another party in need of refreshment.“
