I had given this BK 5 stars in the past, but over the last 6 months the service has really gone downhill. Food takes 5-10 minutes waiting in the parking lot from the drive through, and the order is wrong every time. This was our 4th time in a row having an issue, and we will be going to another establishment.

Every sandwich I’ve had here is always cold. Not lukewarm but cold. Even when you request it at the drive thru. Fish sandwiches were stale and cold. Please corporate get a good manager in here asappppp

Went through the drive-through, and the employee was nice. The screen had my order correct, but when I got home to open up my $34 order, the burgers were completely wrong and bare bones! I'm rather upset for having to spend that much to get such little.

Give them $20 and they hand you a bag of disappointment everytime.Foods ALWAYS cold and burnt, EVERY bun they use is stale. If you want to throw your food out after 2 bites order from here. Quality of the foods been horrid for a long time now. Food sitting so long its hard enough to chip teeth, or the buns are fused to the food from either sitting so long or being microwaved.

It's Bk .. Land Of burgers and frys and onion Rings. and ok food! Wow. The building went under renovation and just wow there is no life. The workers are out of sight. It's like a funeral. Except the word fun is in funeral. The plastic grass and the hospital waiting room look is not a desirable look. There is no one to greet you . The personality of this place is beige depression look. The music screams we hate kids . Just wow.

Food safety is non existent here. They've stayed open when the building had no running water (how was anyone washing their hands, or sterilizing anything?), and it's not uncommon to get handed a bag of food that smells like cigarettes, so I'm not sure how frequent the hand washing is on a good day. The cashiers will touch money, their faces, etc, then hand you your cup with two of their fingers inside of it, rather than grabbing it by the edge. I think a visit from the health inspector would shut this place down.

THEY JUST TURNED ME AWAY FOR GOOD... SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES ... CANT EVEN FOLLOW DIRECTIONS HOW TO COOK FOOD..... They would fail food quality for sure... No customer service just says use kiosk . They running around like crazy with two orders is crazy

You'd think after renovations and hyping this place up it'd be worth spending money on, absolutely not!! Wrong items, ice cold food, poorly put together and melted drinks like how??? I live down the street! Take your money and get gas station food way better than this place!

What a disaster of a place. They should've just shut down instead of renovating since the staff is incompetent from start to finish. Couldn't take order correctly, Couldn't make food correctly, wrong food was cold when they gave it to me, forgot both fries and a drink, had them remake the sandwich they made wrong and by the time they did that the rest of the food was ice cold. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of time to go there.
