The employee claimed that it did not have biscuits AFTER the order was placed and paid for inside the store. No alternatives were offered before making and delivering the order. On the other hand, I was able to get the sausage biscuit ordered. The French toast sticks were greasy, limpy, and stale. The pancakes were very small and lukewarm. What a waste of money. I would not recommend ordering food from this particular location.

From Dustin. They know my name trust me. When Joy works the store runs almost flawlessly besides the frozen Cherry machine. The past 3 nights this week have been awful! Josh, Matt, and Lovie have gotten my order wrong 3 nights in a row. I order a double whopper no lettuce, heavy onions, with cheese. They proceed to give me a single every damn time!!! And they tried to give me a medium icee when i paid for a large smh.

I came in with my son to eat I ordered two whopper jrs with cheese and a strawberry shake and I ordered my son a 4 piece chicken nugget meal as I was drinking my shake thru the straw I sipped up a BEE! This was a horrible experience and very disgusting I called over the manager at the time and she informed me that the building had a bee problem on the other side of the building so that must’ve been why she issued me a full refund but I am still in disgust and I will never eat at another burger king again

I go there all the time and it's uually perfectly fine, but I'm not going as long as who ever prepared my food is there, I asked for no mayo. It was repeated to me "No mayo" and I have never seen so much mayonaise on a burger. They weren't even busy so that's not an excuse, and the lady that took the order sounded annoyed I was there, sorry for contributing to your paycheck.... Unbelievable
The service was quick, the food was hot and juicy, and I was in and out in a few minutes. A nice delicious, hot lunch! Unlike other bad reviews I've read about this place, my experience here was fine.

Well math isn't their strong suit, ordered and paid 3 fries got 2 , ordered 8 pc mozzarella got 4 and didn't realize until I was 20 min away .. well I know what burger king never go to again .. service was horrible

Went through drive through was asked if I wanted to add cookies to my order I said yes paid n there’s no cookies as I am waiting in drive through workers keep looking at me I had to beep finally open the window this employee was rude talking bout what are u waiting for what did I forget she was super rude I pulled off!
