I was a little disappointed. My coffee tasted like it was brewed a week ago and had a weird sour taste. I got an açaí bowl and the only way I can describe the flavor; it tasted like eating old coconut flakes mixed with freezer burnt smoothie mix off a dirty floor. Other than that, the staff was nice, it’s quiet with a nice atmosphere.

Very hit or miss. Our coffee was very watery - our flavored brews literally tasted like nothing. Sometimes the coffee is good, but the last couple of times we ordered from here it was sadly disappointing. Breakfast sandwiches are great though!

We go to Coffee Connection whenever we are in the area. Love their coffee usually. Today we got two large ice coffees…mostly ice, 1/2 filled with milk. Couldn’t taste coffee. I ask her to dump out some and asked more coffee. She barely dumped any. Tasted like flavored milk. Very disappointed for $10 coffee

Coffee is great, I always ask for a macchiato and end up with a cappuccino ( maybe I’m speaking too softly) but it’s still a great tasting drink highly recommended
Staff was good. My smoothie was great. I got a large... definitely worth the money. Place could use a little picking up.

The food here is pretty decent, but the experience of getting it always leaves me sour. The counter staff don't seem to have people skills nor customer service skill. I can stand right at the register and won't be acknowledged until I start directly asking for service. I've had my order wrong when doing mobile pickups multiple times as well Today I was picking up an order, and while the cashier was nice and attentive, they coughed directly into their hands before handing me my bag. I'm not a germaphobe, but that killed my appetite and made me wonder how well the staff are following food safety protocol. Coughing into elbows is one of the most basic parts of that.

Officially give up on this place. You have now messed up my order 3/4 of the last time I have been there. READ THE SLIPS!!!!!! 30$ on two sandwiches and a coffee plus a nice hefty tip and you mess literally the whole order up.
