Now available cheddar cheese sign was super helpful in my purchase. I love cheddar cheese and I'm so incredibly happy that it's back. I recommend a secret menu item. The young workers looked a little confused when I asked for it to be melted over my chocolate croissant. I'm glad they were able to do it though because it was absolutely delicious. I'm so grateful for them this morning I really needed this pick me up. Delicious. Would recommend 10 times over.

Decent coffee but don’t bother ordering ahead. You’ll wait just as long as standing in line. Perhaps more.Update: ordered at 7:16. It’s 7:50 and I am still waiting…. Along with the other order ahead customers. They glance over at us every now and then.

Horrible service , they barely acknowledge you. And also very slow , I even ordered online and still had to wait like 20 mins. Not only that , they didn't even make my food correctly.

Very poor service for average food-bagels comparable to Dunkin' with microwaved eggs- better off sitting at eggs up and eatting it will take the same abmount of time to sit and eat as it will to order a coffee and 2 bagels hwrw

The food is great but that's about it. I used to visit frequently but the service and wait time quality has plummeted to all-time lows. (Which I don't get because they've opened additional locations) I went in just before 8 this past week when the line was only three people deep. The wait time for an egg sandwich was just over twenty minutes. (This used to be ten minutes) I also went in a few weeks prior and ordered online. I went in a few minutes after my order was due. There was only an average of two people in line and 5-6 workers behind the counter. I had workers walk by me several times and not acknowledge me only to watch about ten people come in and get their orders in that time span (I probably waited an extra 15 minutes). I just felt so sad and put off that I was just ignored (I mean there were points where nobody was even in line and about 3 workers were just chatting it up a few feet away like I didn't exist) After tipping generously beforehand and seeing the service getting worse and worse, I'm done. I don't like handing out bad reviews but I feel compelled to send a message to whoever manages this location. (If they even care to read this) The workers are probably nice but I've never seen a worse and painfully slow day-to-day operations setup in my life. This is definitely the fault of management. I'm not even sure they care about their service levels now that they're able to open additional locations.
The wait time at all locations is unbelievable. Unless you have thirty minutes to wait avoid. They need an express line inside and more than two machines for smoothies. It's unacceptable to even offer service this slow. Meanwhile I regularly observe waitstaff are chatting away with teen customers.....

Don’t even bother ordering online or over the phone . When you get there you still have to stand in line and wait for your food as you’re seeing it sitting on the counter getting cold . No one greets you or says I’ll be right with you. Terrible service.

Despite being small, there is enough room to comfortably enjoy time out with a few friends. I personally have never had any of their food, but the drinks are top tier. Could easily spend an hour here, and is a great place to take a date out to.
