After I picked up a late dinner I had a medical emergency in the parking lot and the staff REFUSED to call 911 because of my race I’m a white American and they kept saying no Comprende gringo and laughing My wife is from Mexico and my children are half Hispanic I would punish my children in a heartbeat if they acted like them I had to flag down a good samaritan, who called 911 So I Voted for TRUMP 👍😈 And I NEVER voted Republican before

Multiple times now they have delivered to the wrong address.
This time I call and they tell me it was delivered and I inform them it was not and have a ring camera so I would be notified. They tell me "it must of been stolen then" and tell me they will remake the order. Call me back 30 min later asking if I want them to remake the order or get a refund because they confirmed it went to the wrong address. I say they told me they already told me they were already remaking it. Delivery finally gets to my house 2 hours after ordering and it is missing all of the sauces, which I paid extra for.
The food is alright, no different then any dominos I have had, but the service / delivery personnel need some extra training on basic customer service.

Ordered pizza by phone. Went to answering service.(POOR). Went to pick up pizza. They never got the order. The service was good, pizza was ok. but it was at least 45 minutes to the end.

I have ordered from this location many times and I am always satisfied! Thank you Cumberland Dominos on Mendon! I like the bbq chicken pizza hand tossed with garlic crust and banana peppers, yum!

how you mess up my order twice in a row? for shame. would’ve gotten the right order but i didn’t wanna wait another 20 minutes for my order. All you had to do was look up the order and you’d see what I got.

Order anywhere else. This location is horrible, not sure its under new management. Ordered delivery, waited 30 mins for them, driver called me and wanted me to text him my address, that went back and forth for 10 mins with back to back phone calls, then delivered it to the wrong address. I go to the store, 5 minute drive, after 10 mins they informed me. Then wanted me to wait an additional 20 minutes for new food since they dont have my order. One of the employees was leaning on the open pizza boxes where the food goes, scrolling on his phone, no gloves, nothing. Asked them to cancel my entire order and left after 55 mins of waiting for a pizza and wings for delivery originally. Crazy and a waste of time.

I ordered a buffalo chicken pan pizza. When I got home I noticed there was no chicken on the pizza, the dough wasn't cooked thoroughly and there were onions on the pizza. The cost of this pizza was $20. Dollars. What a rip off.

This place really cut back on costs and it shows from decreased ingredients to undercooked Pizza to save money on electricity. 35.00 for a 14" junk Pizza!!!! This will be the last time
