enjoy yourself and your family
The woman working the drive thru speaker today refused to remake my wrong coffee order. She said that since they don’t own the store (dunkin is the largest coffee chain out there) that they cannot remake my 7$ coffee that I got two sips of since it was stuffed with extra ice after I asked for less in my original order. That I would have to drive all the way back to the dunkin I got it from, who the hell wants to have to drive further after getting a wrong order? This is such a simple task to just remake someone’s wrong order, I literally still had the coffee over half way full in my hand with proof of purchase. Some people are not cut out to work in customer service? If you are a miserable person, get a remote job or stay home.

I went in this establishment to buy an ice coffee. When I got to my car and took a sip the coffee was almost half gone because they literally filled the cup to the top with ice. They charged me five dollars for a cup of ice. Then I called to rectify the situation and no one answered several calls. I will never go back there’s again. The service was a joke as there were a bunch of teenagers behind the counter carrying on like they were on recess. I am a hard working consumer who never really complains about much but this really bothered me because they already overcharged me for the product. The least they could do was give me what I paid for and they certainly did not. I will never spend another dime at this establishment,

I placed a mobile order asked for my coffee to have extra ice when I pulled up to the window my coffee was dark with little to no ice so I asked the guy nicely if he could remake my coffee the way I ordered it he grabbed the cup and as I was trying to tell him something he rudely tossed his hand in the air and walked away. When he came back with my coffee it wasn't remade he just added a ton of extra cream to it, no ice & thought I wouldn't notice, I worked at a coffee shop in the past its obvious he was annoyed and didn't want to do his job!! At this point I had to take a horrible coffee and leave because I had a few minutes to get to work. Horrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go to another dunkin if you do not like waisting your time or money.

Added 6 sugars to a ice coffee when I asked for 4 skim milk.... Pay attention and learn listening skills. Poor management again... Update they are now temporary closed. Maybe they will clean the place....

Slowest Dunkin’ Donuts in the history of Dunkin
First I was ignored at the front register for over 5 minutes. At one point an employee came out to the register (I later discovered it was actually the manager) but when I said “hi” she just turned around and walked to the back. When I was finally helped, I was overcharged by almost $1.15 (charged me for cream cheese on my bagel when I asked for, and got, butter only). When I brought it to their attention, they first tried to tell me it was the same price. Then, when I used the app to showed them it wasn’t, the manager came out and rudely said “it’s ONLY a $0.67 difference but I’ll be nice and give you $0.75” and immediately walked away from me to the back. Due to the rudeness, I complained to the franchisee owner who basically said she’d talk to the manager but didn’t even attempt to make it right. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the many other Dunkin’s in the area.
This employee named Cameron was very nice. He reached into the back of the donut rack to give me the best donut. He also let me get a picture, and then gave me a hug! Five stars for the excellent donuts and fantastic service from Cameron. Give this man a raise!
