Most of the staff here are children who do NOT want to work at all, so they make it seem like doing their job is an inconvenience. My order is always made mediocre at best which isn’t my issue, my issue is the quality of service always being the lowest of the low. Today I ordered inside and once the woman came to the register to take my order, she never greeted me or asked my order, she just stared at me and I stared back until she started to ask for my order. I always said please and thank you but that was the entire conversation. I will no longer be going to this location due to the employees customer service, I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the Woonsocket location on Park Ave, they have AMAZING service.

Stopped by for a coffee on my way to work, hours say store was open for 3 more hours but the store was closed, and not just closed, but waited till I was in the drive thru to shut off all the lights. Please update your availability on Google so as not to waste people's time.

Unbelievable. This location used to be so good and efficient when the previous manager worked there. The current employees are slow and incompetent. As someone who has worked at dunkin in the past, i try to have empathy, however, when my simple coffee order is wrong almost every time, im so angry. Never going to that location again. The manager with glasses is so miserable!!! She argued with me about my order which wasn’t even correct!! Slow, incompetent. I don’t understand how it can be so slow when there’s 10 people working! I will be contacting corporate. I went there this morning, they handed me a large iced coffee and I informed them I ordered a medium. They said they charged me for a medium but I could take the large. I took the large, read the tag and said it’s not even my order. Really sad that so many miserable and incompetent people can work at the same place.

Be ware. The last 2 weeks ive been getting coffee that has not been tasting right or the milk has chunks in it. Two days ago after I drank the coffee, my stomach hurt so bad and I felt nauseous. Didn’t realize until the next day because I had also ate something different. I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt after having “chunky coffee milk” 🤮. It happened today and we tried to get a new coffee. The lady says “its curdled, fron the machine, the milk gets frozen and defrosts, we dont want it back,” after it was payed for. We had to go to another dunkin and purchase another coffee. Now I remember why we quit going to this one.
If you want your order to be WRONG 3 days in a row, come to this location. Bagel twist with CREAM CHEESE. Got the knife, but no cream cheese. Med ice coffee regular cream sweetened French vanilla. Nope. Med ice extra cream no French vanilla- 3 god forsaken days in a row. They want 15 an hour and can’t get a darn order right. I’m not sure what has to happen aside from going behind the counter and making it myself. At least it will be right.
