This used to be the best Dunkin around. That was until the long time manager left. Now everything has gone down hill, my coffee is always horrible, I order on the app prior to leaving my house and by the time I get there the coffee still isn't even ready. (Sometimes up to 15 minutes after ordering) Customer service doesnt exist in this location anymore. When you try to get a staff member to fix your disgusting coffee they all respond with attitude like your inconveniencing them for their mistake. You got hired to work a job if you dont like it go work somewhere else. I get they make barely anything for an hourly wage but like still do your job. I could go on and on about how bad this location has become. My real hope is that they close and Shell finds a better tenant. Don't waste your money here. There is another Shell right up the street and also a Coffee Connection a few miles up the road.

cashiers are always super nice considering i show most days to grab something to eat. super friendly everywhere and they always make my food right, and the food's pretty cheap for dunkin'. i mean, just look at my fire meal!!!

They sold me a Chorizo & Egg Wrap totally frozen, not cook at all. I pay almost 6 dollars for that wrap I’m so disappointed, I was already on my way to work I can’t come back to return this garbage

The coffee and refresher were amazingly made, my boyfriend forgot his keys and they were kind enough to immediately make sure noone took them from the counter. They are such amazing workers

Grace was very happy and made sure my order was right when I called back and asked what had happened. Big color difference. She said no green tea was made green and she will properly make sure it's made right. She had great people skills and awesome customer service.. thanks for fixing this issue

In the morning staff at this Dunkin does not attend the customers instead they would leave you waiting for almost twenty minutes before they even attend to you , personally would never again stop at this
Slowest service in the state. Employee was nice but it’s 530pm. I received a coffee with a ticket timed 351pm.

I'll never return to this location. I was trapped in the drive through line for over 45 minutes! I think they made my coffee as soon as I ordered it, but it took so long to get to the window my hot coffee was cold by the time I got it. I was almost late picking up my daughter since I was stuck here forever.
