Every morning the line it out to the street and when I go in, there's one person running, the drive thru while every other worker is in the back talking. Train your staff better.

Whichever girl was at the window mid morning sunday was incredibly rude. We almost drove off without our donuts after she started to send us away, and when we mentioned it she rudely said “what kind?” while rolling her eyes and shoved them at us after she got them. Never gotten this type of service before with being a regular customer, honestly appalled

This is the worst Dunkin donuts in rhode island. Do yourself a favor and drive ten minutes further down the road if you don't want them to mess your order up and also take thirty minutes to even start it on a day where the store is completely empty of other customers. Seriously. How do you run a business so unsuccessfully. Corporate needs to just put this one out of its misery.

Terrible service, ordered 4 drinks and 1 was wrong and had to be remade. The other we waited 30 minutes for...it was a medium hot coffee. Don't waste your time here, the staff can't get it together.

the absolute worst dunkin around. the team here does not care one bit. the drive through is constantly a 10min+ ordeal no matter what day or time you go. they stand around talking about their managers and dont pay atrention. on more than one occassion my cold brew has tasted like soap. smh never again
