I just popped in for an iced coffee and a muffin. The young man who waited on me was so attentive, polite, made my coffee correctly and was very ambitious with restocking behind the counter. Neat and organized. I hope y’all treat him well. The person working with him was very nice as well. Thanks so much for the extra effort. It really, really matters.

If you specifically ask for the flavor shot they will put the swirl in. Every single time without fail. Dairy is a pretty big allergen and clearly management hasn't trained staff appropriately on why it's important to read directions.

This Dunkin has one of the best customer service I’ve seen. As busy as the ladies were, they still took their time to insure both my daughter’s food and drinks came out exactly how they requested. They even took their time to ask my girls if everything came out the way they wanted. My daughters said this was the best Dunkin they’ve been too.

Every morning the line it out to the street and when I go in, there's one person running, the drive thru while every other worker is in the back talking. Train your staff better.

Whichever girl was at the window mid morning sunday was incredibly rude. We almost drove off without our donuts after she started to send us away, and when we mentioned it she rudely said “what kind?” while rolling her eyes and shoved them at us after she got them. Never gotten this type of service before with being a regular customer, honestly appalled
