Original order was from Feb 24 - I initially tried placing my order through ubereats but it was cancelled. I should have took that as a sign but I had a craving for Chinese food and the last time I ordered from GP the food was amazing, so I placed an order for delivery on their website. I couldn't believe what I received. I ordered beef lo mein, general tso's chicken, egg rolls and wonton soup. The lo mein was bone dry and tasteless, the chicken was sweet to the point of being sickening and the egg rolls were just bland. The only thing good was the soup and it came in a large, flat plastic container which was weird. Everything else came in Styrofoam containers instead of the takeout boxes they usually come in. They gave me free pork fried rice which was bland and barely had any pork or color to it. The food was awful! What happened to this place? I'm NEVER ordering from here again. I don't know what's going on but in the past few weeks I've had to write off both my favorite pizza and Chinese food places. It's sad, there's like no options left! Please do better! Don't rip people off like this!

Got dinner here last week and never again. Got 3 dinner dishes and every one was wrong. Got lo mein with no sauce just dry noodles, no egg rolls which were supposed to be included with my meal. Chicken was green. There was only one woman working there, by herself. No way a restaurant can be run by one person. Can't recommend at all. Lost our service.

The customer service here is always amazing. The woman is always sweet, always busy, always putting care into the food she makes. I even watched her son take the food personally out for an elderly person who ordered. I personally order the sticky wings with bone spareribs and pork fried rice combo and it’s delicious. One of my personal favorite places to go to after my DoorDash shift. Good people and good food

They're sooooo friendly here. The food is amazing! Wicked great prices! Officially my favorite restaurant in Rhode Island. Next time we're back in the area, we're getting food here again.
I go here because the health department reports never violate them for infestations or cleanliness. I’ve seen reports on other Chinese restaurants like new Hong Kong or China house and GROSS!

I feel absolutely horrible because the person who took the order was super nice…but the food was absolutely horrible. I could not even eat my meal . The rice was disgusting the lo mein had a odd taste to eat . The poo poo plater meat tasted old over all the whole entire meal was gross tasted old and just like expired food . The general two chicken was watery !! Like how the hell is that possible Totally disappointed I’m going to attempt to get a refund from my bank . Times are hard and esp ending money on food that is not edible is not it
