We had Calamari for an appetizer they were Good I had chicken Milanese with penne pasta garlic and oil it was so they skimped on the chicken and gave me 2 small pieces My husband had fettuccine Bolonese he said it was ok

Our waitress was horrible never even took the time to introduce herself & not even a tiny bit attentive. There was several large parties clearly that was her only priority. My food was brought out burnt not in one spot but 3! I complained & another one was brought but it tasted awful. I had to borrow my husbands extra fork & knife since no one even brought me a new one. No manager came over to apologize etc until I raised my voice that I was extremely unhappy with both the service & my food. He comped my dish but honestly it wasn't enough we won't be coming back.

Just okay. Two sides with shrimp cocktail, ketchup and a side of frozen cocktail sauce. Then the Portuguese steak, which is usually top notch was just blah. The service was great place is very clean. Gonna chalk it up to just an off night with a bad Cook will definitely go back again.

They had a large party in so everything was backed up including the bar. It took forever to get drinks and dinner was served an hour and fifteen minutes after we got there. With that being said we weren't in a rush and they gave us plenty of bread. When we did get the food it was piping hot and delicious. Our server James who was this young polite man kept checking on us and apologizing for the wait. Great server!!!!! We gave him a little extra tip because the slow service was not his fault and we wanted him to know he did a great job and we recongnized it. We've been here before and we would go back again. Good food, lots of it, reasonable prices.

Our Easter meal was all that we could ask for. The meals were delicious. The service was perfect. Our reservation was honored to the minute. We are happy we chose to celebrate Easter at La Familia.

Always very good experience at La Familia. I always get the veal parmigiana which is excellent. My girlfriend got the Portuguese steak which was just ok. She ordered it medium but it was a little tough. Service was good. Always a little warm and very noisy during dinner. Love the warm fresh Italian bread and oil they have before dinner arrives. Still the best casual/upscale restaurant in the Cumberland area.

This time we had the veal parm, family style, and it was incredibly delicious! There was enough to take home and enjoy for lunch the next day contributing to the price being very reasonable. The service, as always was excellent. La Familia has a knack for hiring good wait staff. Definitely a place to visit if you have never been.

We have been many times and it's always been wonderful! Last night was an exception! the service was horrible. it was very crowded and our waitress seemed to be very busy. it took a very long time for her to get back to us . the wait between our courses was exceptionally long. it was very disappointing!

We loved every minute. we had our two noisy grandsons they put us in a wonderful spot for little ones. The hostess the busboy the waitress were all so nice. We will def be back thank you to the entire waitstaff and cooks. the food was delicious
Our waitress was amazing! My pork chop was a little overcooked but still had a lot of flavor. The atmosphere was loud.But there was a huge birthday party seated right next to us.
