The gentlemen behind the counter were nice. But it took longer to get our order as they explained they had cups of coffee without labels and had to sort through them all. This was our first time trying. The food was okay. It was almost like Dunks. Their coffee is alright. Not really strong which is disappointing. The kind of coffee I tried had to many flavors going on in it and tasted like syrup. I ended up throwing half away. My partner liked his drink I would try again but try something different.

I am not sure if the cashier was having a bad day but holy cow did it seem like her job was a big inconvenience 😂 did not put cold foam so I asked for it at the window and legit huff and puffed about it like I’m making her build a bridge. Then did not give straws so I had to ask for them and she basically rolled her eyes, geez I’m sorry for asking for something that should’ve been offered with my lids that need a straws. If you don’t like your job handling costumers making don’t work with the public , and to the hiring manager do better with the process cause clearly you hire workers that could care less about making coffee

Consistently good coffee and a pleasant experience, the staff are always so friendly. Laura made my coffee perfectly today and was so nice. A welcome change from Dunkin.
