Going down hill quick. Ordered a minty Lou. There is absolutely no mint in the coffee. There was also almost no ice in the coffee. I got to work 20 minutes later and that’s when I noticed. Last time I was there. I ordered the minty Lou there was no mocha in it. What the heck. What happened. New employees maybe? It’s the holidays so I’m try to not be that person but it has been a few mess ups now. Too bad this is my favorite place to get coffee

The other day when I went the poor girl running the window looked like she was ready to cry. Her manager wasn't working, they sent girls from another store that were really struggling to get it together (my coffee was wrong twice within minutes) and she was trying to get her gm to help out. But she apologized and remade my drink and it was perfect! Told her to take charge and get it done. Felt so bad for her, she was so sweet. Aside from the chaos going on in there, the coffee is great when made right!
