I ordered a Big Mac meal large size and I got large fries and the gave a me small fry size portion of fries in a large fry box don’t get me wrong food is good but this is just disappointing 1 star

Going to the drive-thru and they park everyone because the kitchen is apparently too slow! And the burger was put together very sloppily. They need to get their act together.

Order mcdelivery. Driver got here and there were no drinks with our meals. Told him I ordered two cheeseburger meals and all he did was point to his phone and say I had to call the place I got it from. Tried calling 6 times and no answer. Very bad customer service

20 mins in line at the drive thru. Why is it so horribly slow? I watched them move at a snail pace so it wasn't understaffed like it normally is. Looks like they have a fun work environment at least, joking and laughing so there's that.

absolutely no one to take your order inside. and it takes a good 30 minutes to wait for your order for one singular person😊

They’re understaffed, but the employees still work extremely hard when it gets super busy. They don’t even get shaken by extremely rude customers that try to start confrontations. Solid McDonald’s.
