Please stop charging a service charge. My freind and I went for coffee and a breakfast sandwich this morning, I wad charged 1.79 service fee for a small coffee and an egg on an English muffin and my freind was charged 2.79 on a sandwich, coffee and canoli. we also ,both, had to bring them back to the counter because the English muffins were pale and hardly toasted, this is not the first time this has happened either. please train your staff better! They are not very apologetic. We will no longer be going there which is sad because we have been going for many years. There are better places to eat.
Got a breakfast sandwich today and the bagel was burnt black. How can you let someone leave with that?
This place is great, especially if you have kids! Try the dognuts, they're delicious!

I got great food here although the service i got was horrible, older white lady short pixie cut was very rude to my girlfriend and I we also had our order delayed for like 30 mins and saw people get stuff that were way back in line behind us , that lady needs to go lol

We had a nice time. Walked through their pumpkin display, ate some bakery items. Plenty of seating. Took a few minutes to get through the line but overall a great experience
It was a busy day but the online ordering took longer then waiting in the long line.

Nice family farm, enjoyed hay ride, picking apples, hot or cold cider, had a bounce house for the kids.

The food is great. Awesome pastry selection, great bagels, good coffees but the hassle is not worth it. First, pulling in from the busy road then finding a parking spot. Then the line to order, and even if you order ahead of time on the phone it takes like 45 mins for it to be ready. If you order in person you feel rushed and then they take the next person and you have to squish in one little area to wait for it with 10 other people. They host cute fall weekends for kids but it gets sooooo busy you can’t really enjoy.

Super fun and relaxing environment to bring your kids for the fall! Its just big enough to get your pumpkin, apple and mum picking done with a hay maze, bouncy houses and face painting!

Food was fantastic. I had a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant. Also got two double chocolate peanut butter cookies and a cherry cheesecake. The cheesecake I ate in almost one bite because it was just that tasty! 😋

We have been to Phantom Farms a few times now. It is cute, and the bakery items are yummy, but we have never had a positive experience with the service or items where they have had to make (bagels, coffee). Just today, we waited 30+ minutes for three bagels and had to remind the staff multiple times. The staff was not friendly, was overwhelmed, and seemed to care more about slinging out coffee orders than anything else. The service was unacceptable and we will never go here again.
