Ice cream was delicious 😋 customer service from the 2 girls on the left windows was terrible! From when I ordered she was so miserable it was like I was bothering her and then when it came time to tip she got .07 cents. She tried to give it back to me but I wanted to let her know EXACTLY what her ATTITUDE was worth! #maybehaveherstocktheconesinstead
In years past when I have gone I was very happy with the ice cream. Today I ordered the ginger flavored it was overly sweet and little ginger flavor. Also grainy texture and a chewy consistency. I don't know what they put in it, I'm thinking guar gum maybe. Don't get me wrong I ate it but very disappointed.
The quality of ice cream and waffle bowl at The Ice Cream Machine is unparalleled in this area. During our visit, the place was busy but we received service quickly when compared to the visiting volume. The staff was polite. Can’t wait to go back!
