My husband and I love the New Spot! We visit at least once a week. The shakes, teas, coffees and baked goods are all delicious and healthy. The owner Tay is so sweet and we are always greeted with a smile by all the staff. :)

Great shakes! I was trying to cut back so I took a break from purchasing anything but then they had the Harry Potter specials recently and introduced the Butterbeer shake. I’ve tried most of their shakes and this one was their best one yet! Ended up spending more money than I intended too for this shake alone. Please add it to the menu officially!

This place is great. I finally got the chance to stop in here and I was not disappointed! The dude behind the counter was super nice and helpful. I got a chocolate banana shake and it was delicious. It’s a little bit pricey but definitely a nice treat once in a while

Been coming here for awhile and every time I’m always met with a friendly face. The New Spot always has the best vibes and is sparkling clean. Best teas and shakes I’ve ever had and the specials are always super cute! The have the best Instagram (@thenewspotnutrition) photos and their menu designs are absolutely eye catching. If you’re looking for a fantastic place to hang with healthy and delicious drinks as well as friendly staff, this is the place for you!

The New Spot is the perfect place for a pre workout or post workout tea or shake! Not only are the drinks delicious but the service and vibe is always great. The New Spot has the best nutrition shakes in Rhode Island! Would definitely recommend!!
