Service was great from the bartenders but charging $18 for a mixed drink is absolutely ridiculous. I can go to a five star restaurant and pay less than that. If you want to attract more customers your prices need to be more reasonable.

Disappointing Experience with Hidden Charges and Deceptive Tipping Practices
I recently visited Trilogy and was really let down by their sneaky billing practices. They automatically added a 20% gratuity charge to my bill—without telling me upfront—which would be fine if they were transparent about it. However, they don’t even show you an itemized bill, so you’re left guessing what you’re paying for. On top of that, they hand you the payment tablet and make it seem like you’re supposed to leave a tip, even though you’ve already been charged for gratuity. I ended tipping twice and then asking for the 2nd tip back. I don’t mind tipping, and often tip 20-22%, but this feels like they’re trying to trick their customers.
Part of me should have asked to see the itemized prior to payment, but also kind of scummy of them to do what they did. Until they fix this, I won’t be coming back.

Food was amazing!! Bartender Marianna was very nice. Gave us beer on the house since our food took awhile which we appreciated. But didn’t matter- worth the wait because it was delicious. Will definitely return!!
