what do you do when you get a bad dish or a wrong order when you are dining in? you return it. What happens when you do take out? you guys say sorry and offer 50% refund on one dish! Abysmal and you have lost a customer of 3 years. No call from owner after requesting and all I heard was "we checked with the chef!"
Great option for indoor dining in corona time.I love the Sunday buffets a lot and it have a decent amounts of food too
Went through the drive thru today. Large fry and small shake. It could not have been an easier order. Cashier was nice. But I got to the food service window and was barely acknowledged and when I finally was spoken to, the male employee treated me like I was a bother or a problem....like I was wasting his time. I asked for the shake after he handed me the fry and he said I didn’t order a shake. He didn’t believe me until I showed him the receipt. I even felt like he was joking around with the other employees at my expense for their mistake. I made no special requests. It was just a shake and a fry. Easy right? Not for that guy apparently. I was told to pull forward for the shake with no explanation. Then had to walk in after waiting close to 10 minutes. And they all still didn’t care about the wait or even about being helpful with an explanation. Just clueless attitudes. I can’t even believe I am wasting time writing this, but I guess they ticked me off enough to write. Looks like the other reviewer Ann was right in January of 2019. I guess nothing has changed. And she was right about Helen too. She is ALWAYS nice and very helpful when she is there. Perhaps McDonald’s should take after Chick Fil A’s when they train their employees. At least teach them to pretend to care. I am always in Cumberland, but now I’ll have a hard time going back there.
